ZERO STARS IS MORE ACCURATE I am writing this to warn…read moreothers about the incredibly poor experience I had with Agave Mortgage Brokers. Their performance throughout the entire process was utterly pathetic. They seemingly cannot read basic financial documents--specifically Shareworks statements. They saw and requested the exact same documents on over 10 separate occasions. Then, finally, on the 11th time, they actually decided to look at them and ask questions about the accounts and statements. This absolute incompetence caused a massive, last-minute pivot and wasted 2 entire months of my time just to get to that point. Combined with horrible communication along the way, it was an incredibly stressful and unprofessional experience. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a broker that actually values your time, communicates transparently, and knows how to review basic paperwork. Avoid them at all costs.

Josh reached out every few days just to assure me that everything was moving along nicely and he didn't need anything from me- but was there if I had any questions for him. He did everything he could to lock in the lowest rate possible for me. With a purchase as large as a home, you should, of course, shop around. Make sure Josh is one of those calls... probably the last one, because you won't want to keep looking after that. Thank you, Josh and Team!!!

Anabel was our lender for two house purchases/investment properties in the last two years in Tucson, and we will certainly work with her again. What causes me to write this review today is because she has just un-knotted an emotional and trying circumstance for us, and it proves she is as committed to her clients after the transaction is done. It concerns our credit scores, which plummeted because the company that subsequently bought our loan from Sunstreet had wrong information for us. Within just a couple of days, Anabel corresponded with persons at two companies. These contact shortcuts would by themselves been unlikely for us to find without her help.
