Lynn was patient, informative, and transparent. It's not easy to find an honest realtor, but Lynn is. Additionally, she is a broker which made the whole transaction very smooth. If you're looking for a realtor, I'd recommend Lynn!

In the market, of course we had multiple submitted offers but with the competitive nature were just inched out as first time buyers. However, Katie was patient and remained informative and creative on how we could be the top offer. As a first time home buyer, she was incredibly informative and made all the information very digestible. I can't recommend her enough for all buyers! You will not be disappointed with her. Katie (and her Mom) will bend over backwards to get the deal done. They have also become close personal friends of mine over the years. They never fail to jump in and get the deal, every time. There's no such thing as a bump in the road, because it's smooth sailing each time. Michelle sold my first home in Corona 2012 and Katie sold my second home in 2014, Katie and Michelle helped helped me get my Norco in 2014 (and it was a short sale, screamin' deal! with box stalls for my horses etc). In 2018, they helped me sell our small vacation property in Crestline with a very complicated 1031 exchange, and then helped us buy two investment property homes in Joshua Tree/29 Palms the same year. In 2021, they hone of the 29 Palms properties (and another screaming deal that sold in 8 days with the first offer). More recently, this month, we sold our primary home in Norco and moved to NC out of state, which was really sad to leave them and very complicated to do out of state/remotely. But they lifted every burden off me. I would never and will never use another realtor. Trust me, if you want someone who has your back, looks out for you, saves you money, knows all the in's and out's- and knows exactly what you need to get the deal done- The Steebers are your girls!

She kept a smile on her face every day as she fought traffic AND uncooperative tenants and jumped over many, many hurdles to get this house sold (on time) at the same time showing us places in Long Beach AND Twin Peaks that we wanted to buy after the sale of this house. Talk about service, right? She's a gem! We bought what we wanted too! We always refer her to others, you should too! She has turned into a great friend too! Glad to have met you, Angie!

I don't even know where to begin. I called Katie in a complete panic. We had got a 60 day notice…read morebecause owners of our previous home were selling. That week i was searching high n low for homes in places i didn't even want to go and rent was outrageous. I said screw it and found a lender and got a pre approval AND found a realtor all that week this realtor didn't ask me a thing about my family or showed any concern for me or my levels of stress. I was in tears, not only frustration but lack of knowledge and fear of following through with BUYING our first home. My husband and I decided to look for a non referral from friends and look through here ourselves(YELP). I wanted someone who was a hustler like me and someone to take some of the load of stress off my shoulders This is how I found Katie. I immediately called her and what a ray of light I got. She calmed me and actually asked ME about my family, about my needs, about my hopes and dreams. At the end of our long conversation she said "hey are you available tomorrow morning" I was thinking for what??? And she said I have 4 or so houses I'd love for you to see. One of those homes were EVERYTHING I've been looking for and more. So again all within a week and a half we were in escrow. The whole process was scary but Katie is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. She relieve a great deal of stress and put up with our newbie / amateur questions and concerns lol I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KATIE AARON ‍

A process that took us 5 months to complete ends with us EXTREMELY happy with how everything turned out. Through every obstacle Linda helped find a solution to get us everything we needed. The stars aligned because of her and her team. If 100 stars were available, she'd get it. Will ALWAYS recommend her to every one I come into contact with. If you're looking for the best realtor in SoCal...literally STOP, look no further!!…read more Linda has 200% exceeded my expectations for my first time home buying experience and she might make it difficult to beat when I decide to buy another property in the future--but who am I kidding, I'll definitely be using her for my future purchases!! Where do I even begin? I reached out to her thinking that it would take me about a year or so to find a place perfect for me, little did I know it would only take me 3 months!!! It was a rough start as I was a bit unrealistic with my non-negotiables and my budget, but she never tried to change my mind or force me to reevaluate what I'm looking for, we kept looking and she was so patient with me until I realized I need to be a bit more realistic. At that point, things got easier and more attainable/within reach, so it felt. We put in an offer on a place I absolutely loved, it was was over my budget, but her lender, Cristina Moody, ran some numbers to make it fit my parameters, and voila the best offer I could give. Linda went above and beyond, as well as Cristina, to build rapport with the selling agent! Had the selling agent not been recovering from surgery the day the seller reviewed offers...I know for sure we would have been selected! Unfortunately we didn't, but Linda kept encouraging me that it's a long fight...that we would find it soon enough. It only took a day later that Linda booked a tour for my new future home! I felt a vibe as I walked in the door and knew immediately that I wanted to put in an offer! She acted quick, drew up the offer and already had her inspection guy save an appointment for us in the next coming days. She definitely knows what she's doing and is damn good at it! Linda is professional, personable, kind, knowledgeable, and so supportive!! What more can you ask for in a realtor. She's aggressive when she needs to be because no one likes to lose, but never in a way where you feel pressured to do anything you don't want to. She will hold you to your non-negotiables so you'll never feel you you need to settle, especially in this crazy California market that we a living in! Also I doesn't hurt that her son is the cutest thing in the world! Thank you so much for treating me like family and for always having my best interest at heart!
