Check…read morethis out... it was 3 days before Xmas 2020 and I ordered a pipe online but it was NOT gonna arrived on Xmas eve so the company told me the nearest place I'd be able to have this special pipe by Xmas eve was "UP IN SMOKE, SMOKE SHOP" so xmas eve I take a ride to Hesperia arrive wayyyy before they open waiting patiently. Unfortunately I beat fedex too up in smoke smoke shop and the shipment of freeze pipes haven't arrived so I buy some Christmas stocking stuffers and for my trouble the guy throws in a drink & goodies for my troubles and driving all the way here. AWESOME Customer service!!!!!! Two hours after I leave FedEx rolls up with the shipment but I'm unable to come up there so the guy running the show & store that day says, "cash app me the money and I'll bring it down at the end of the night & meet you somewhere".... so YASSS I Cashapp payment and I kiddd u not I got my item @ midnight of Xmas eve!!! My dude went up and beyond and out of his way on Xmas eve. Ooooh and my daughter was in AWE and so very HAPPY with her unexpected gift she received on Xmas day. It was a GREAT Xmas!!!! OH YAY the best part about this is the price was right!!! I had talked to many smoke shops before I was referred to UP IN SMOKE, smoke shop and allllll the other smoke shops were telling that there was NO way I was gonna get this item for the price online at a smoke shop... HAHAHAHA well to all the price gouging smoke shops, I DID get my item @ the online price BOOM!!! BEST Customer service, hands down!!!

Store is honestly nice inside but the owner is just weird. I like to call stores beforehand to know…read moreprices or if they have something in stock for the item I want. I asked the price of the item I needed and they were hellbent on not giving me a price just that they have it in store and aren't "allowed" to give prices which is just weird because this has been THE ONLY store that's never told me a price. Even my legal weed shop will tell me prices plus how much it would be after tax. Weird won't be shopping anymore if I can't get a simple answer to a damn question.

I'm not up to snuff (pardon the pun) with smoking or anything related to utilizing medicinal marijuana & its paraphernalia so Hubby does the search & I'm along for the ride. There's only so much that narcotics & scheduled drugs could do to alleviate in oncologic-related pain. Her oncologist has recommended it heavily to try other means to aide in managing her pain & increasing her appetite. I've noticed & she said the last one we had her try wasn't effective. For comfort & ease of taking in the weed, Hubby bought her a bong. I'm sure it beats the heck out of smoking it lol. I trust it's better consumed in this manner. For a small shop, it does offer a pretty extensive selection of bongs. I didn't get to browse too long so I quickly just took the photos & Hubby bought the bong for auntie--we were done in a jiffy! The gentleman at the counter was pretty mild mannered & fairly helpful. Hubby found this shop on Google, it had the best reviews & he said if he were to purchase it in the greater LA area, it would've cost him $200, he bought it for $35--thats a great deal!!! Let's hope this works out better for my auntie. I feel pretty helpless when she assumes the fetal position when she's in pain, it's heartbreaking.
