It was a simple fix had Cilff came back & took a look at the area. Which by the way his young sons installed the water heater. I should have been watching myself!!! So I had to pay $125.00 for a heating company to show me the cause. The door was pushed up, I believe by accident. This is my last call to Drain pros. I will use a different company. Unlike some other companies that come out and assess the situation without even doing the necessary work and quoting you an outrageous and absurd amount of dollars. These guys from All American were friendly, checked the sewer rodded out the waste tank, and the overflow went right down. To assure us, they rerodded again and again to make sure they had gotten through to the roots that were causing us panic in the first place. They were honest, and we're going to keep these guys on speed dial. No shucking and jiving with these gentlemen they know their Sh*T. So if you're having plumbing issues of any kind, i truly suggest that you get in tough with The 2 Bills. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I GIVE THEM 5 stars, Thanks, guys!

DO NOT HIRE, WE LITERALLY COULD'VE DIED! We hired people to remove and install a new water heater…read morein November 2023 and they scratched and dented up our floor very badly (see a few pics I attached which are worse in person than they look in the pics); which we only saw after the installer left. They are deep and very obvious/noticeable scratches that cannot be fixed without fixing the entire floor in the house, as it's all the same wood and style. I emailed them, called more than 3 times leaving a voicemail and messages with whomever answered the phone. I was told they would let the manager know, but I never received a response from anyone. At that point I figured it wasn't worth it. Then, fast forward to a few weeks, (now 2.5 years later), we find out we had a gas leak. The People's Gas repairmen came quickly and said they were shocked at how loosely the pipes for the water heater were put together! He showed me how he didn't even need a tool to take them apart! In two small twists the pipes were off! So apparently, for 2.5 years, we have had a gas leak and didn't know and are very lucky to be alive at this point. We have a child and have many family members and friends over! We are appalled! So, not only did this company permanently destroy our floor and act extremely unprofessional by totally ignoring us, but they almost killed us due to their negligence! Literally ANY company would be a better choice.

AVOID THIS COMPANY…read more I called on Monday regarding two plumbing issues in my condo - my shower valve needs replacing and my toilet is continuously running. These should be two simple tasks for even a rudimentary plumber. The secretary who answered the office phone to give me an estimated cost was courteous, well informed and friendly... that's about where anything positive ended. I called back the following day to set up an appointment and the phone was answered by a girl who put me on hold for literally every single question I asked and ultimately gave up and just transferred me to the secretary I had spoken to the day before. Clearly the secretary had been listening in because I was transferred within 2 seconds and she already knew everything I had said. Why are they making that poor girl answer the phone if she has no idea what is going on!? Then I set up my appointment for 6am on Friday. I did this intentionally because I actually have a job (shocking!!!!) and don't want to have to take vacation time to watch a plumber fix a toilet. (Might I add, the entire reason I picked this company to do the work was because I was thrilled that getting a 6am appointment was even a possibility). They asked me to text photos of the shower knob to the plumber's personal cell phone to ensure he had the correct parts on hand. I sent the photo along with a text explaining who I was and confirming that I was expecting him at 6am Friday. I got no response... in retrospect, that should have been my first clue. Friday morning 6am rolls around.... no-one shows up. Initially I thought okay well I'll give it time, maybe traffic. A full hour later I called the office number and got no answer (despite their website saying they opened at 6am... no-one was answering the phone at 7am). I then called the plumber's cell phone, again, no answer. I called back a second time to the office and left a voicemail explaining my frustration at the plumber's tardiness and how no-one communicated the delay to me. I then waited ANOTHER hour for someone to show up or call me back - NOTHING. By 8am (2 hours past my appointment time) I gave up and went to work. Finally, at 9am I get a voicemail from a completely unapologetic man saying that the plumber got sick and wasn't able to make it. I understand people being sick, but a phone call would have been GREAT so I didn't sit around waiting for hours. Then to put the cherry on top the man actually started telling me HOW TO FIX IT MYSELF. And then said if I was desperate to call a different plumber because they were too backed up and he didn't know what to tell me at this point. There wasn't even a single apology for making me wait around all morning. I'm sorry, I didn't realize when I set up an appointment for a "professional" plumber to come fix my bathroom that really that meant I'd wait around for hours only to get DIY instructions or pawned off to another company. How incredibly unprofessional!!!! I would think that a small business would live and breathe based on it's reputation and the satisfaction of it's customers. At bare minimum I would expect someone to offer to come out same day at no extra charge or to suggest an alternative solution that does not include me doing it myself or calling a different company. Good to know my business is so insignificant to them that they would rather send me to another company than try to fix their error. Seriously, avoid the hassle and unprofessional dealings at this place. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We'd been having problems with sewage backing up into our finished basement during heavy rains, and…read moreit was a nightmare. We knew we needed a flood control system and had three companies come out for estimates. All of them had 4-8 week backlogs, and none of them seemed curious to figure out what was actually causing the problem. After our second flood of the season, we reached out to Omar at Rooter Flush to help us figure out how to drain the standing water and what stopgaps we could put in place until we could get a system installed. He answered right away and was there the same day. He helped us diagnose the problem, hydro-jetted the line, and got the water drained. Then he told us he could install a flood control system comparable to our other estimates, at a fair price, and could start in just two days. He didn't even charge for the initial diagnostic and hydro-jetting since we decided to go with him for the flood control system. Here we are exactly one week since Omar first came out and the system is completely installed. It looks great, and I feel a huge sense of relief knowing the next heavy rain won't upend my life. Omar and his team were professional, communicative, followed through on their promises, explained everything, and showed up exactly when they said they would. If you are having sewer issues, Omar is your guy.

They rodded a clean out they thought was the branch line. Made the clog worse. Their camera was too big to be inserted into branch line . The rod only went about 25 feet in and stopped. They tried to rod the toilet from the laundry room but end up poking a hole in side of toilet. Toilet was only a year old. But they insisted the hole was already there. They decided that the bathroom had to be demolished and replaced a broken pipe under the floor. Omar told me we fix things but we don't put them back together again. Meaning I would have to get a contractor for a whole new bathroom replacement. He said "He had a guy". Was going to charge me about $6000. Problem is the clog seems to start at 25 feet into the house which means it's probably around the kitchen area. He showed me a video of my pipes but I have know idea what this is. Totally ripped me off.
