I called All Rooter, and they came out to take a look and quoted a fair price. They were able to schedule me for a couple days later. While doing the cleaning, they said that they noticed a break in the line to the main sewer and explained the Private Drain Program, saying that they were able to provide the service for calling the city inspector and getting a work order approved to repair it.
