I really appreciated all of the thoughtful planning. I then received a very reasonable quote, given that it was a major project that would take an entire day. Bruce then arrived on the project day and knocked it out of the park. He did excellent work and kept me informed throughout the process. Really nice guy and great plumber. A few days later, John called me to check in to make sure everything was working okay. And then I got an invoice that matched the quote. Overall I could not be more pleased.
