Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that. They're just a little more old fashioned with their operations. All in all, very happy with the service. I'd definitely reach out for any future needs.

It is now 8:24 PM, and the technician, Mason, never arrived. I attempted to call him this evening, but there was no answer. To accommodate this appointment, I took the entire day off from work. Unfortunately, my time was treated with complete disregard. In fact, I had to call your office three separate times before noon just to confirm that the appointment was still scheduled. At 12:21 PM, I spoke with Mason, who informed me that he was running late and estimated his arrival between 5:40 PM and 6:20 PM. Around 5:00 PM, he called again to say he would instead arrive between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM. After yet another delay, I called him and expressed that I was no longer willing to continue waiting. At that point, I was told he was experiencing car problems. While I understand that unexpected issues can occur, the repeated delays, lack of communication, and failure to follow through on the appointment were completely unacceptable. Throughout the day, I received multiple changing arrival times, yet no one ultimately showed up. To make matters worse, I currently have water leaking into my basement, making this a time-sensitive repair rather than a routine service call. This experience demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and respect for a customer's time. I expected much better communication, reliability, and accountability. I hope this matter is taken seriously so that no other customer has to endure the same level of inconvenience and frustration.

He was due to return to complete service. He did not return on the appt day and did not respond or attempt any to make contact until a day and a half later simply saying he had several delays. Appt was rescheduled. Hours after missing appt, Bernard asked to come a couple more hours later. I agreed to let him come as I need service complete. He did even have sense enough to disconnect call before stating "damn he didn't feel like going." He came later than he scheduled once again. Not enough sure if service was completed properly as there is a piece dangling off and water is still leaking from this supposedly new unit. Definitely NOT good service! Would have given zero stars if possible.
