My original nail tech was on maternity leave from "the nail lounge" called to see was my back up nail tech available, I was told he was on break to come back at 3:30 came by at 3:20 just to be early so no one was ahead of me because it's first come , first serve... just to have someone sitting in the chair who clearly had been sitting there for a nice while. (Just getting up to wash hands) we know how long that takes. I ask the guy why he told me that. He told me "if I don't want to wait go somewhere else " I haven't been back since then ! The nail sets are overpriced , don't last long and still the staff is RUDE. read more

This salon is a **complete joke** and has some of the **worst** customer service I've ever experienced. My best friend and I walked in, wrote our names down to get pedicures from JOHN!!! with the same person, and were told it was **fine**. No issues. Fast forward--I'm in the chair getting my feet done, and as my best friend sits down **right next to me** to wait her turn, the technician suddenly refuses to do her pedicure because she's **not getting her nails done too**. So let me get this straight--you let us write our names down, **wasted our time**, and then decided **at the last second** that she wasn't "worth" doing because she wasn't giving you more money? **Make that make sense.** If this was your ridiculous policy, why didn't you say so from the start instead of playing games? The level of **unprofessionalism, pettiness, and sheer disrespect** is insane. If you don't want to do your job properly, **just say that**. This salon is nothing but a scam--rude staff, trash policies, and a complete lack of respect for paying customers. **DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.** I'll make sure everyone I know stays far away from this place. **Do better. read more

G NAILS & SPA - Man with horrible customer service - Nail Salons Near Me - Miami Gardens, Florida

The wife (owner) was extremely rude to me. She must not have completely understood English but she yelled at me, told me to get out, told me "it's best I be quiet" while she screamed at me after I said if she was unable to match what I had prior on my toes she can just do a base color (as she was working on my feet). She said she can't do my feet and to get out I asked her to talk to me with respect since I was speaking calm and she kept going and I stated "talk to me respectfully because I'm not disrespecting you at all" all I know is I didn't leave because she started drilling my big toe acrylic off and just left me there. Another worker assisted me and did a wonderful job in the end oh and she drilled my big toe messy so the layer she did can't be fixed which is why the man had to do it from scratch because she said she couldn't do my nails because she could not match the previous powder although I said she could just paint it a regular color instead of giving me a French tip read more

Place seems clean and nice and efficient . I been going here for some years and I've never been disrespected like so. The men in this establishment are very rude and disrespectful! I would take my money elsewhere . I asked for duck nails and this is what I recievd .When I asked if there was anyway they could fix the nails he spoke in his language . He basically said no , and did not want to accommodate me due to it being one of there holidays and they would be closing early. Take your money elsewhere !!! read more

First when he started removing my gel I asked if he could soak it off because I have naturally thin nails and he said "I don't have time, that takes too long" know that I only came here because my hair appointment got pushed back and I needed my toes done after leaving Mira cause they were so nasty and so rude (iykyk). He then proceeded to spray alcohol on his tools to "sanitize" them. They use a foot scrub to scrub your feet and then scrub the tub you just got a pedicure in. He used an old pedicure brush to scrub my skin. After I saw what he was scrubbing my feet with I told him there was no need. Once he finished I looked at the job he did and I asked him to clean it up before I left and he actually refused. Another lady came up and tried to gang up on me and started talking to me crazy, He told her to go away. He said he was the professional and proceeded to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about. Sir just take the gel off my skin... I'm sure if anyone called the board half of them wouldn't have licenses, they'd be fined into oblivion and shut down. The polish is thick and old and all the tools/machinery are dirty and ran down. Avoid at all costs. read more

I'm very dissatisfied with the outcome. And I don't appreciate all the foreign taking over me. I had been going to this nail place for the last 6 months. June 2nd was first time I decided to get "fancy" nails. However, the way the person applied my nail was incorrect so my index finger's nail was broke. Then, I got a new set less than a month later. On June 18th, the same index finger nail split but this time it was brutally painful and broken again. After it healed less than 6 days later, I communicated with the manager of my concern. Her response was dismissive and she said I would have to pay $15-20 to fix one nail. Mind you, I have spent a total of $260.00 in two weeks. The coworker sat there and heard the explanation in English. I asked her for her advice and her response was "Me speak no Engley". This establishment is money hungry and exploits the moneys given by black woman. When we walk in there, you should be nicer and kind! Be AWARE before giving your money to these people. This IS my last time! read more

Bad service. Maybe because I'm a man. When I came in and signed up I was told the wait would be 30 minutes. 15 minutes later several women came in and was serviced before me. Finally got seated and she filled the foot tub with cold water and she had to get a bowl to remove some of the water since she left me unattended for 10 min. She started working on my feet and I asked why she didn't put the blue pebbles she just said wait. Grated my feet for a few seconds and I know I had a lot of dead skin. I told her forget the mani. Paid and left. She didn't even dry or lotion my feet. Terrible. Never again read more

This was my first time at this location and it was recommended to me by mom. My best friend got a full set and I got a regular mani pedi. My techs name was Hannah and she was phenomenal. She was really personable and ended up doing my eye brows as well and I'm very anxious about people doing anything to my eyebrows and she did a perfect job. The water machine didn't work, but other than that they where relatively good. I should note though that my friend wanted stiletto nails and her tech wasn't able to execute that style. I had a great experience here. Sad to see they have some bad reviews but I will be back! Judy was efficient and clean. She did a great job and let me know that she wasn't able to do a design I brought in WHICH I appreciated because many salon techs will say they can do something when they cannot, waste your time, and do a poor job. Honesty is the best policy in my book. Judy is talented and their instagram shows their work so you can request anything on their. The shop is tidy and Judy was friendly. I was in and out! I'm a regular here I come here faithfully every 2 weeks. I came here to get my nails done a week 1/2 ago and I didn't have a good experience. My nails started being loose then they would fall off. I called Sunday to speak to a manager they told me she wasn't there I had to come in. I went in today at 10am. The guy who did my nails I went back to him to let him know I even showed him the nails that fell off because I kept them. He claimed he didn't remember me but how you don't remember me and it's your work you did my nails and my feet and I tipped you. He tried to offer me $35 on my nails which still isn't a good deal because you messed up not me I feel like why am I being charged and your work was sloppy. No matter how many weeks it's been no nails should just come off like that. So he called this guy over who had on glasses to try to back up what he said to me. The guy was not pleasant to me he was very rude. Telling me oh I must've hit something and I'm telling him I didn't and even if I did my nail would break not come all the way off and not come off 6 times. I have 6 nails that came off thats damn near all my nails. He told me oh if I don't like the deal then I can find somewhere else to go. That was a slap to my face because like I said I'm a loyal customer I always come there and I always tip. But I definitely won't be coming back there anymore that's not how you talk to your customers. I asked for a manager he said he was the manager I asked for a owner he said he was the owner. I don't believe it though because two other people told me the manager is a lady. Until I can speak to her and she make this right I won't ever be back!!!! read more

I was surprised to see they were open on Easter and I really wanted my nails done so I came here. I regret it immensely bc the price did not match the quality. The young lady left my cuticles covered in what I have to assume is gel polish (I have cleaned most of it off). I had to get home and file the nails bc the had left ragged edges everywhere and the nails were crooked. Also, she added a tip to each one of my nails but didn't glue it down well enough so it has a visible gap between my natural nail and the tip. All for $140 which is ridiculous in itself but even more so with the lack of quality. read more

The worst people are so rude here it's unbelievable. The older guy at the front desk was so rude they have no customers service the guy who did my nails messed my nails up how the hell you messed Gel polish. He rushed my nails and then gave me something I didn't want so unpleased with the service all I wanted was black nails. These people are rude and they will skip the typical nail service steps when doing your fill in. I told the person in charge that my nail tech did not buff my nails at all... he just simply polished them, He didn't even ask me to go wash my hands... the person in charge tried to convince me that he did buff my nails . And that's strange how can you tell me what your tech did and I'm the one MONITORING MY NAIL SERVICE. This place is Awful their was also a customer who walked out while getting Her feet done because the technician didn't give great judgement or consultation on the polish choice that was clearly not meant for the lady toes it showed flaws and it was extremely too light for her skin shade, they wanted $70 to make the customer completely satisfied. So she got up and walked out WITHOUT PAYING... My total service was $97 I don't have ANY problems with paying for service but if there is a issue I will simply file a dispute with my bank and that's my choice as a consumer. I paid for my service in full....and a employee followed me to my car and took a picture of my tag. That's harassment and that's inappropriate I do not appreciate the embarrassment. Customer service is horrible! According to the front desk there are no appointments however I arrived prior to Judy arriving and was told to wait in her chair only for her to come in to say I had to wait on here because she had an "appointment". Trying to be as understanding as I could I asked I asked could I be serviced after her "appointment"? She advised me to wait on another nail Tech.
