The wife (owner) was extremely rude to me. She must not have completely understood English but she yelled at me, told me to get out, told me "it's best I be quiet" while she screamed at me after I said if she was unable to match what I had prior on my toes she can just do a base color (as she was working on my feet). She said she can't do my feet and to get out I asked her to talk to me with respect since I was speaking calm and she kept going and I stated "talk to me respectfully because I'm not disrespecting you at all" all I know is I didn't leave because she started drilling my big toe acrylic off and just left me there. First when he started removing my gel I asked if he could soak it off because I have naturally thin nails and he said "I don't have time, that takes too long" know that I only came here because my hair appointment got pushed back and I needed my toes done after leaving Mira cause they were so nasty and so rude (iykyk). He then proceeded to spray alcohol on his tools to "sanitize" them. They use a foot scrub to scrub your feet and then scrub the tub you just got a pedicure in. He used an old pedicure brush to scrub my skin. After I saw what he was scrubbing my feet with I told him there was no need. Once he finished I looked at the job he did and I asked him to clean it up before I left and he actually refused. Another lady came up and tried to gang up on me and started talking to me crazy, He told her to go away. He said he was the professional and proceeded to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about. Sir just take the gel off my skin... I'm sure if anyone called the board half of them wouldn't have licenses, they'd be fined into oblivion and shut down. The polish is thick and old and all the tools/machinery are dirty and ran down. Finally got seated and she filled the foot tub with cold water and she had to get a bowl to remove some of the water since she left me unattended for 10 min. I had been going to this nail place for the last 6 months. June 2nd was first time I decided to get "fancy" nails. However, the way the person applied my nail was incorrect so my index finger's nail was broke. Then, I got a new set less than a month later. On June 18th, the same index finger nail split but this time it was brutally painful and broken again. After it healed less than 6 days later, I communicated with the manager of my concern. Her response was dismissive and she said I would have to pay $15-20 to fix one nail. Mind you, I have spent a total of $260.00 in two weeks. The coworker sat there and heard the explanation in English. I asked her for her advice and her response was "Me speak no Engley". This was my first time at this location and it was recommended to me by mom. My best friend got a full set and I got a regular mani pedi. My techs name was Hannah and she was phenomenal. She was really personable and ended up doing my eye brows as well and I'm very anxious about people doing anything to my eyebrows and she did a perfect job. The water machine didn't work, but other than that they where relatively good. I should note though that my friend wanted stiletto nails and her tech wasn't able to execute that style. I had a great experience with him this having been my first time here I also got my brows done by a young lady however I must say It was less than impressive she cleaned up my shape ever so slightly however she did not make them more thin as I requested and seem to be rushing me out of the chair though she only had 1 more guest after me. I'm a regular here I come here faithfully every 2 weeks. I came here to get my nails done a week 1/2 ago and I didn't have a good experience. My nails started being loose then they would fall off. I called Sunday to speak to a manager they told me she wasn't there I had to come in. I went in today at 10am. The guy who did my nails I went back to him to let him know I even showed him the nails that fell off because I kept them. He claimed he didn't remember me but how you don't remember me and it's your work you did my nails and my feet and I tipped you. He tried to offer me $35 on my nails which still isn't a good deal because you messed up not me I feel like why am I being charged and your work was sloppy. No matter how many weeks it's been no nails should just come off like that. So he called this guy over who had on glasses to try to back up what he said to me. The guy was not pleasant to me he was very rude. Telling me oh I must've hit something and I'm telling him I didn't and even if I did my nail would break not come all the way off and not come off 6 times. I have 6 nails that came off thats damn near all my nails. He told me oh if I don't like the deal then I can find somewhere else to go. That was a slap to my face because like I said I'm a loyal customer I always come there and I always tip. I was surprised to see they were open on Easter and I really wanted my nails done so I came here. I regret it immensely bc the price did not match the quality. The young lady left my cuticles covered in what I have to assume is gel polish (I have cleaned most of it off). I had to get home and file the nails bc the had left ragged edges everywhere and the nails were crooked. Also, she added a tip to each one of my nails but didn't glue it down well enough so it has a visible gap between my natural nail and the tip. According to the front desk there are no appointments however I arrived prior to Judy arriving and was told to wait in her chair only for her to come in to say I had to wait on here because she had an "appointment". I've gone to G nails a few times in the past but this time I thought I give them a try and I just didn't love my nails. I personally hate nails that look like "bubble nails". You know, where a pack of polish or dip power is piled on your nails so much that it look like you have a mountain on your fingertip? And it's all clumpy and uneven? While that's how a few of nails looked. I asked for dip powered nails and she dipped my nails 4 times into the powder. It's suggested that 3 dips is the limit . After the 4th dip, my nails were so uneven I asked her if it was going to be that way and she said, "No, I'll file it down". After she filed it down it looked a little better but not as nice as and even as your nails should be. The biggest shock was when pulled out the UV ray machine and stuck me hand in there to cure !!!!!. I know for sure dip power does not required that. I was confused . At the end, a few of my nails still looked too bubbly and out of shape and she didn't polish the glitter polish over my nails completely... I hate this the most. So, I decided to go back to G nails today to give them another chance. Because I've done my nails there and they always do an awesome job. When I got there and I told them the problem, they were immediately concerned and were quick and ready to help. The lady who fixed my nails did a good job repairing what the last tech did.
