Bad. I am posting photos of what their salon technician did to my nails. I went in with my daughter for a mani-pedi. I had been in there a few times for a pedicure. The technician had me soak my nails and after poolishing them and drying them I still had messed up nail polish. I went home and removed all the polish to discover she had drilled off the top layer of my nails leaving a thin layer that's going to take probably at least 6 months to grow out. The top layer left on the nail looks like a huge cuticle but, actually I have no cuticle now. I'm going to try to up load photos. read more

Service: Nail art Extremely rude and unprofessional! I understand ppl in Miami Gardens choosing to go to this nail shop bc there aren't much to choose from In the area. However they were terribly rude and nasty to me! I asked for a specific design but I understood if it couldn't be accomplished I would settled for something else. But the powder that was put on my nails was a completely different color and the tips were all different sizes. Not to mention I only had my nails on for a week and 2 are already broken! Just a mess! But the way I was handled was ridiculous and they didn't even adjust the price. Little do they know I was leaving to dispute my charge anyway now they get NOTHING! Horrible service. My nails looked dull and lady was talking in her language i know they were talking bad. She asked me for $5 tip. I'm a good tipper but not in this setting. Also They had me waiting 30+ mins to finish a "design" i never even got done. Worst service i ever had read more

The owner was extremely rude to a customer while she was trying to get an eyebrow wax. The customer simply asked she not be so rough and not get the wax on her hair she'd just gotten it done and had a funeral to attend. The owner became irate putting her hands in the customers face yelling at the customer. The customer remained calm for a while but she'd had a full of the situation. The owner then put her hands on customer and the customer obviously defended herself. This was the worst customer service I'd ever seen. I wasn't even involved but I got up and left. I would not recommend LC nails to anyone. This whole situation could have been prevented if the owner had any kind of customer service skills. Also the salon is dirty and smells terrible had flies and gnats everywhere. The towels smell disgusting. Just YUCK!! read more

First time there for nails. I got a mani and pedi. Both staff members were very rude. I asked to soak off my nails (had gel polish) he said I should have did a pedicure first. OMG! This is the worst salon I've been to in my entire life. First of all, it's extremely dirty here. Everything is old and dusty. Even the decor pieces on the wall have caked up dust all over them. They don't have any TVs or music playing. They don't offer refreshments. The nail techs don't speak English so you can't hold a conversation with them. But as far as services, it looks like I ordered a gel polish kit from Amazon and allowed my 10 year old niece so my nails. The polish is very lumpy. It's also chipping already and I just got them done 2 days ago. It defeats the purpose of getting gel instead of regular polish. It's sad when my friend told me how bad my nails looked while were out last night. That's just embarrassing. I'll be filing a claim with my CC company because I know these people won't give me a refund. Check out my photos for proof. I can't even believe they're open for business. I should've believed the reviews I read beforehand but I really needed to go to a place as close as possible at the time. I would've been better off rocking my natural clear nails. This is just sad. I haven't been going here that long, but wht I saw today I will not longer go and am asking anyone who does go and know anyone who does to stop going. A young black entrepreneur came in very pleasant and respectful to pass out her flyers. After she spoke with us patrons and was about to leave the owner starts getting very loud and rude with her saying I'm the owner of the shop why didn't u talk to me (screaming) in an inappropriate tone. The young lady remained respectful and apologized saying I didn't know this was your shop, so I'm of course feeling some type of way as a black person in this establishment the way she was being treated so I turn around and yell Auntie( slang)to the owner calm down. And another patron advised this is our community! So I finished getting my service but my spirit wld not allow me to leave w/o addressing the owner. I said to her as a black person I felt disrespected b cuz of the treatment u gave the young entrepreneur, but of course she keep walking doing what she was doing turning her back as if to say IDGAF about wht I'm saying. If you didn't want solicitation then you shld have a sign and u shld have identified urself as the owner and spoke with her in a professional manner, she was not receiving my comments well at all nonchalant like u can hurry up and go because I'm not listening to u, and said I'll remember u too, told her good but I want be back and will spread the word for anyone to come here. Im not sure how this place still has business. I paid $71 for garbage. My dip powder nails look like mountains with white polish. They didn't want to file it down to make it flatter. My pedicure as you can see from the photos poorly done and they refused to redo the nails that were not painted well. My toe was also cut. I already paid extra for the paraffin pedicure for nothing because A I got burned, Bgot a cut on my big toe, and C Poor polish as you can see. Don't bother coming here. I have to go to another salon to fix the mountain of powder polish I have on my nails. read more

Went multiple times and always horrible service... My last straw was the owner calling me picky after the guy was using this old ass rock on my feet that had smoothed out so much from other peoples feet..... And because I asked him to change it or put some elbow so the rock can do his job.... He acts as if he doesn't understand. I asked him if he spoke English And his response was no after about five seconds he got up and left my feet half done. So the owner had to call someone else in to do my feet and of course they use the same rock and the owner called me be picky. I refuse to spend my money there and will never visit them again. I came here on 1/3/2019 to get my lashes done. No one asked me to sign in, I saw the lady come in behind me and sign in so I did after I saw her which meant I would be seen after her. The woman asked what I was having done and I replied lashes. She was very rude after I sat in her chair, she kept poking me in my eye with the tweezers, I think on purpose ( my eyes right eye was swollen and red). After the first lash was completed and she gave me the mirror I asked could she apply the lashes with no spacing from front to back, she answered by saying I asked it u wanted it full or natural. She yanked my head, had her fingers squeezing my nose and repeatedly told me she could remove then all and I could leave. I been coming to this place for 5 years never had a problem until today! The day the manager is not here! I have NEVER paid $54 for a full set (gel polish) and pedicure! I have always had a set fee of $45! The lady was extremely RUDE! Very unprofessional! I walked out not even a min and turn right back around due to my toe nails being painted HORRIBLY!! The same lady who took care of me said I needed to wait cause there 3 customers in front of me! EXCUSE ME! I literally just walked out and came right back in!! HORRIBLE!!! They don't tell you what you're paying for, rude staff, different people will give you different prices and they will mess up your skin and your natural nails. The young guy ( The only one who spoke English a little bit better than everyone else)overcharged me for just taking off of acrylic nails and putting regular polish on them($22 to be exact) .They are not sanitary.
