Found this great spot and haven't left yet. So far everyone who has done my nails and feet have did a great job! I haven't picked who my favorite person yet. I typically come on Sundays or Monday's. It's not packed on those days. I start with deluxe pedi and add paraffin to it. The paraffin is $10 extra with deluxe pedicure. The pedicure water is actually hot throughout pedicure until end. So I don't have to ask to make the water hot. I get my gel overlay soaked off my hands while I'm doing my pedicure. So by the time it's done the gel is off my real nails. Then I get my real nails done with a gel overlay to protect my nails. It looks so much better that way. And you don't have to worry about polish chipping or your real nail breaking. I will continue to come here for now. Once I decide who going to be my favorite nail tech here I will let you all know. My daughter comes and some of my friends are now coming as well. I've been in Florida for 12 years. Before that I lived in New Jersey my whole life. This is the first pedicure that I have been very happy with since I left New Jersey. So many salons do not know what to do. I like my toenails very short. And even if the nail tech didn't speak English, I would translate it into their language and they still would not know what short meant. This girl's name was Daisy. She was awesome and the whole place was awesome. I would recommend it to anybody who really wanted a good job done on their nails and toes. They totally care and their prices are very reasonable. i've been coming here for over two years and up until recently, i really enjoyed the service. however, my last two visits have been very disappointing. the first time, i had a 12pm appointment but was told the tech was finishing up with another client. i ended up waiting almost an hour and a half before he even started on me. nothing was offered during that wait, which i let slide. today, i came in about 8 minutes after my appointment time with the same tech, and was told he was doing someone else's nails and it would be about a 30-minute wait. something told me not to wait again, so i went with another tech. while he did his best and i didn't mind since i just needed something simple for my birthday, it still took almost an hour and a half. when i was finished, the tech i originally booked with still wasn't done with his client--and didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the situation. after being a loyal customer for years, i'm really disappointed by the lack of respect for my time and appointments. unfortunately, i don't feel valued here anymore. read more

I am very pleased with this nail salon. It's clean, spacious, and glamorous. I have been getting my nails done with Sophia for quite some time. And every time I see her I am always happy with the results. Sophia is super kind, talented and fast. Every time I show her a picture of what I want, she kills it. Story time: Last month I went skiing for the first time in Michigan. I went on a big hill and I fell really bad. I sprained my elbow and knee but my nails stayed intact. The nail receptionist was very sweet and professional. But the nail artist was rude and did messy work. I had a gel take off and manicure. He did not clean my cuticles. He got upset because HE messed up on the same finger twice because he didn't drill off ALL the gel from my previous set. Not to mention, i have gel polish on my fingers because he scraped off the messed up gel with a napkin. The gel he used was cheap as you can see. He cut my nails TOO short and didn't even care to shape them correctly. if I could leave this nail salon rating, it would be half a star. They're not even qualified enough to get one star. I showed my nail technician her name is Candy what I wanted three different times I showed her the same style on three different feet off of Google images. She insured me she can do it. She insured me that she had the color and that it would look nice. 20 minutes into the salon, closing the front desk Receptionist came up to me demanding that I paid for the service which I didn't receive they were closing, so I figured this was company policy to pay before they close which I agreed to. I am just mad they made me pay for a service I didn't get. Candy proceeded to tell me that she didn't have the color I wanted. so I paid for something I never received. I settled for a basic white gel pedicure, after the fact they fucked up . which should've been $50 minimum. I was overcharged disrespected and ignored. This place is terrible. I paid $116 for a white gel pedicure after they messed up. How do you mess up a refund transaction? who knows if I would get my money back but I highly recommend you NOT to go to this place. Who messes up a refund? Tell their customers they can do something have them pay for it and then don't do it. This place is disgusting. I don't like their attitude and I don't like how they carry their business. I had to pay more than what I expected. If I can give this experience 0 stars I would. I made an appointment with Sophia, for 6pm on a recommendation. She asked to reschedule the appointment same day and for me to come in an hour earlier. That was not possible. I arrived at the salon at 5:50 , and waited patiently for 30 mins before being seated. Ryan took the appointment, I explained that my appointment was with Sophia for nails and she wasn't able to make it. Ryan introduced himself and gave me the worst pedicure of my life. He cut my toe nails and did not file the edges. I got paraffin wax which was too hot, and literally burned my skin before asking if the temperature is okay. But I kept the pain to myself, only saying, it's a bit too hot. When going to do my hands, he said Sophia would take me. Him and the front desk argued a bit and I was moved around, as Sophia wasn't there/available. I showed Ryan my design and he immediately started cutting my natural nails without asking. I asked, what is he doing, and he said he is cutting so he can add tips. I did not ask him to cut my natural nails down. I said that I wanted to keep my length but it's fine. It was already done, so I let it be. Immediately after cutting down my nails I just grew out, he started adding a tip without filing and shaping. I asked kindly, if he can file the nail down as it wasn't cut straight across and under my tips won't look neat. He did. Then he started to glue tips. My hands were not washed after my gelx was removed. I asked if I can wash my hands, as the acetone is drying my skin, and my hands are dirty. He started having an attitude. This is common practice in professional nail salons. Have you ever gotten your nails done and not washed your hands once? I have never had to ask this of any of my regular nail technicians, as it's routine. After washing my hands he applied tips and asked how long I want it, I said, exactly as it was before, showed him a picture as a reminder. When he cut the extensions, I explained it's a little too long. He said it's fine. I assumed when it's shaped it will look shorter and let it be. After it was shaped, I explained, it's still a little too long, and asked that he file it down a bit. My work is difficult to do with long nails. Instead of filing down to the desired length he decided to declare he will not so my nails. I have excellent relationships with my nail technicians and never before have been treated like this. I only came to this salon because I'm traveling and they apparently have 1 talented technician who's new there. Pictures are taken just a couple hours after leaving salon. I'm still in shock. I was approached by the front desk, who asked if there's a problem, I said no, I simply asked the nails to be filed shorter. She explained that he can't complete my manicure after I heard him loudly ridiculing me publicly in his native tongue. Apparently fed up that I have an opinion on my service that I'm paying for. I paid for the pedicure, which I regret, as it needs to be done again properly by a professional salon. There are better nail salons in Florida. This place is unable to do the bare minimum. They are rude, disrespectful and unhygienic in their practice they do not respect your time, and are sloppy with their work. read more

I tried loving this place, but i cant support the terrible service. Without being noticed my appointment was cancelled couple days before by sophia with NO call or any reason... i called in regards to my appointment and she said she forgot to give me a call but she has covid... i asked her if she was at work that day and she said no, however a client posted sophia doing their nails that day. I also then was told by the front desk that they call 15 mins before the customers appointment yet I didn't get any call for the two appointments i tried booking. This has always been my top salon but that has changed. The service that's being provided now is terrible. There are a few nail techs that are genuinely great at their craft but some of the others work is terrible. After the customer service and the way I was treated today I will not be returning. They do not use the proper sanitizing tools nor do they clean them. I asked one of the employees when was the last time they cleaned their tools she looked at me like she didn't know what she was talking about. I constantly excused the misunderstandings in a few visits but after this one I refuse. All I have to say is buyer please beware. read more

Made an online appointment and confirmed this morning . I get to the salon and sign in and tell the young lady I have a manicure appointment for 12:10pm with anyone. A lady walks in with no appointment after me for Acrylics and pedicure. I clearly see the young lady tell the tech available that the manicure is ready but the tech took the person after me . So my manicure is not as important or better yet not enough money for you to make. Horrible !!!! I should of read the reviews before . I left a review before when I came here and the girl that did my nails did a horrible job. This is another review cause I came back here again cause I have somewhere to go and needed a refill. The original gold nail I got was $80. LinLin or whatever her name is, said she couldn't do light pink powder as a refill. For me to do a different powder refill that I have to take all the nails off. She had the never to charge me $55 for a refill, a refill with no powder. Just fucking nails polish. And my nails are short af. Let me remind you I came here and got a full set here for $80. $55 for a refill with no powder, no design, shorts af is crazy. I don't mind paying when it's worth the money, this should not have been more then $30-$40 Max.
