He was very pleasant. We didn't feel the least bit self conscious having him in the house, even when our dogs were being crazy. Second, he did a fantastic job on the sink and it was not simple. He replaced a 6 inch deep two basin sink with regular faucets with a new single basin 9 inches deep. He put a touchless faucet on there, and redid the pipes underneath to accommodate the old garbage disposal. All of this cost less than 2X what I had been quoted for the outside faucet replacement alone by my plumbing maintenance company.

On top of everything -- Eric does siding repair, which isn't widespread. Most (if not all) siding companies won't do repairs, only replacements.
