We had such a good experience with Jon and his crew as we went through getting a roof replacement…read moreand several other elements fixed due to hail damage. From the first inspection, Jon made sure that all the elements of this type of job were clearly explained, including how to manage the process with our insurance company. We really appreciated him taking the time to come out and explain all of the contracts. He also came out to double check the work completed from each of the teams that came out to our property. The roofing team were on-time, professional, and dedicated to completing quality work, as were the other contractors brought in to manage other elements of our project (i.e. gutters, window screens, repairing drywall from a leak that happened inside). We also appreciated the consideration taken during clean up outside since we have puppy who loves to find things in our yard. We would highly recommend Jon and his crew to anyone who needs help with their roof replacements.

I wanted to make take a moment to say how exceptional my experience has been working with Izzy and…read morehis team over the last two years. I met Izzy when we had to have a major remodel of our house due to a leak. The cabinet maker we used to build the cabinets recommended Izzy for the installation of them. Since then, my husband and I have said that Izzy was the absolute silver lining of having to have our house repaired after the leak. He and I have now worked together on about half a dozen projects in the last two years, for both our personal home and rental homes, and I just can't say enough about him. His work is top notch, and I trust him completely. Our most recent project together was two bathroom remodels at a rental house we have. Izzy guided me on what needed to be done, and equally important, on what didn't need to be done, saving me a bunch of money, time, and hassle. Our rental house rented almost immediately after putting it on the market, and I attribute that completely to the new updated, gorgeous bathrooms. Thanks, Izzy!

I decided to take a chance and hired Bravo's for a caulking job on a shower and a drywall repair…read moreafter a leak. The taping job had a large bubble and looked bad but he claimed it would smoothen out after drying. The next day the seams on on his patches cracked and the taped seams started lifting. He also failed to identify parts of the drywall that need to be fixed. I've had to end up re-doing his repair and it looks like he didn't seat the joint tape correctly, and also attempted to just fill a large hole with joint compound instead of patching it properly. The caulk job looks a little suspicious too, so I'm unsure how it will hold up. On the pros, Brendan doesn't charge much, but you get what you pay for. For anything involving skilled trades I would stick with a pro, otherwise you risk having to do the job twice.

I watched them when they didn't know they were being watched. Here's what I saw: 1. Attention to detail like it was their own house. 2. Respect for the property and buildings. 3. Attention paid to my four dogs and never leaving any of our 7 gates open. 4. Polite and respectful to myself and my husband. 5. The boss, Jennifer. She was onsite every day, making sure everything was done correctly. She was so easy to work with...I even consulted her on colors, etc. 6. Price was fair...not the cheapest...not the most expensive. 7. The work was exceptional, from top to bottom. They did all the soffits, eaves, fascia, new gutters, tore down a rotted porch cover, fixed siding and trim, and painted four buildings. Incredible. It took about 3 weeks, as we got rained out a few times. I can't express how pleased I am. Check out the pics.
