I had a very disappointing experience here. I brought my phone in to be fixed and the quality of the work was extremely poor. The repair was rushed, parts did not seem properly installed, and my iPad was not in the condition it should have been when returned to me. On top of that, the issue I originally came in for was not fully resolved, which left me frustrated and feeling like my time and money were wasted. I took in my phone nearly a month ago, after a 3 month gap after they had already done poor work on my battery and screen. The phone was going in for battery and screen problems. I was told a connector was the problem and parts would need to be ordered. I have almost been waiting two weeks alone for the "parts". Almost a month in total waiting for my phone to even be fixed in general. While i dont expect the quality to be high tier for its value, i also dont expect this long time. Where do I even start. This place is absolutely horrible. I came in to get my screen fixed he said I also need to do the battery I had no problem with that, until after he changed it. The battery wasn't charging, my phone was overheating, and now my microphone was broken. Which it was not before. They were cussing and mocking us the whole time. I've had 2 experiences at this shop and I want to give you both to help you understand my rating of 1 star. My first visit was to fix the screen on an iPhone 7, and that went well. They took my phone fixed it within the day and I paid case closed. This was what is expected for the $60 I paid. I would give a 4 star rating for that work they did for me. However my second visit was a different story and ended after over a week of wasted time, broken promises and an Apple Watch in far worse condition then prior to me taking it to G-Fix. My second visit was to repair my series 1 Apple Watch. The watch had been a couple years old and the screen was separating from the bezel of the watch. The watch could still show the time open apps and function normally. The problem was strictly cosmetic so I wanted to have it repaired and used. I took my watch to to G-Fix on 1/23/20 and told the nice lady at the counter I had used glue on the the watch mend the separated screen from the bezel. She said it could be fixed and the job would cost $110 dollars. I paid my $20 deposit and agreed the rest would be paid upon completion the following day. I returned to G fix the following day and the gentleman at the counter had my watch in multiple pieces. The watch no longer worked the battery was removed and he said it was broken. He told me the problem was that there was glue in the watch when I explained to him that I stated glue was in the watch when I dropped it off he hesitated. I asked him why did he open the Watch if he knew there was glue in the watch and he had no answer. I told him the watch was in worse condition than when I dropped it off he promised he would fix the watch. I was told he needed to order a wire to reconnect the battery to the screen and that he can fix the watch. I asked him a second time if he could fix the watch, he said yes. I asked him a third time if he could fix the watch, he said yes. I was told to come back in a week to pick up the watch and it would be fixed. I returned a week later and the watch was not fixed and I was told to come back the following day to talk with the manager who I was still waiting for the wire to fix the watch. I returned the following day and the watch was broken still at this point I was frustrated and when I looked the manager in the eye I saw that he was going to lie to me he could never fix my watch and he broke it when I bought it in the first time I did not ask for any compensation I just took my watch got my refund for the $20 and left. Please be very careful before using this establishment to repair any device. Clearly they will promise to fix but will not warranty or guarantee if they damage your device. Go at your own risk, my Apple Watch would still be working had I not taken it to this business and I could have used my time to do other things other than receive false promises. I do not recommend G Fix for any repair or products they sell. read more

If you go to G-fix I hope you have enough money saved up to get it fix again, I went to get my phone screen fix because of water damage. They fix it which I was happy about. A couple hours later it started acting weird, whenever I was using an app it would go out of the app and back to the home screen or you would have to tap multiple time on apps for them to finally open, that kept happening for a day or two. I went back so they fix it again and told me it was a sensitive touch issue which mean its something they did to the phone. They did fix it but that came with more issue. They fixed the phone on tuesday, the next day it started overheating. It felt like the phone about to explode, I tried everything to cool it down but nothing was working. It came to the point where my phone couldn't even turn on anymore, the only screen I see is the one that said I have to go to Itunes to restore it, which apple tried and did not work. I went and told them about it, they told me they couldn't fix it because its not their problem. One of the employee that was working there was nice I'll give them that but the manager is a piece of shit of a human being. I don't know what they did to my phone but they fucked it up, now I have to pay $400 to get it fix. My mom used to get her phone fix at that place then she stopped going, now i know why. read more

These guys are the worst! Find somewhere else! My iPhone c screen was cracked and I took it to them. A month later it was cracked again due to the cheap repayments the use. When I took it to a real repair place they showed me the damage this place had caused, including bending an internal ribbon and not replacing a screw to hold a speaker on place. My phone hasn't been the same since I took it to this place. Terrible! read more

I thought I needed a new battery. Cem looked at my phone and said Siri was running the battery down but it was OK. Per his instructions I disabled Siri, backed up and restored the phone, and turned Siri back on. Now it's good as new. At no cost to me. I'll definitely go back when I need actual work done. :) read more

***ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE***Do not waste your time trying to get them to fix your phone. I called on Sunday with a problem with my Bluetooth connection on my IPhone 8. Was told to come by their shop on Monday evening and that they would be able to fix it. When I got their I was told that they needed to order a part and that it would be in the next day. I paid a deposit and left. The next day I went back and it turned out that the part was ordered for an iPhone 8 Plus and was too big for my phone. The guy assured me that he would order it again and it would be in the next day but that he would call me and let me know what time to come. By 4 PM he hadn't called me so I called him and he said he was waiting on UPS and rushed me off of the phone saying he would call me. Here it is 8:00 PM on Friday and I still haven't heard from him. I called the shop and another guy told me they still don't have the part!!! I told them to refund my little $10 deposit and I will figure out how to actually get this thing fixed!!! Okay i had 2 ipads fixed and they did a TERRIBLE job. The first ipads home button was broken and the screen was alittle cracked and its like they didnt even try to fix the button. And the second ipad.. oh dont even get me started on that! The screen was terribly cracked and mayhave been malfucntioning i told the guys that ( but maybe in a diffrent way ) and he was talking about the battery because my screen was popping up, and when i got it back my screen is fixed but its still not working how its suppost to. Terrible experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I went to them to fix my camera lense on a fully functional iPhone XS and after the "repair" of my lense, I was unable to click or swipe on my phone. I reset my device thinking it would fix the issue but it still didn't work. I went to the apple store, they told me my phone had water damage and it had to be replaced. I went back to g-fix to give them the update from Apple and asked for a refund, they refused to give me a refund and told me that they weren't responsible for the water damage. read more
