When I am there I usually will get some Clinique products and I also take a look at their very own Sephora line of products and sometimes buy from that as well. The store is always neatly organized, very well set up and clean. I like that they have little stations set up with mirrors, applicators and makeup removers so that you can try products on before making decisions as to what looks best or what to buy. The sales associates on the sales floor are also very good with product recommendations and tips. They are always very knowledgeable and willing to assist their customers. The checkout process is always easy and lines move fast even when the store is busy. Sephora also has a loyalty program that you can join that allows you to earn points on your purchases that can later be redeemed for free products and every year you will get a birthday gift during your birthday month. They give you a couple of choices for what you would like for your gift which is great. I always have a great experience at this location and I will certainly be back.

I left with a 10 minute treatment only on one leg and was told that my veins weren't big enough for injections. Never heard such from 3 other MD I had worked done in the past. Previous doctors used light and magnifying glasses to carefully visualize and treat my spider veins which are most of the time tiny. This doctor didn't do that. I literally got ripped off for 5-6 injections on my right leg. He said he would also work on a spot on my left leg but didn't. 10 minute job for $350?! If you need to get a treatment done don't come here. I wish he would refund half of the treatment I paid for. It is not fair. If he felt like I didn't have enough veins he "recommend" getting treated for $350 then tell me, I'll walk away and you can keep the $50. Please don't do this to hard working people trying to get help. It's not fair. If you could be so kind to refund me for the half work you provided today, I would greatly appreciate your service. Thank you.

Words cannot even express how incredibly amazing Dr. Eliopoulos and her staff truly are. From the…read moremoment I walked into Dr. E's office, I instantly knew this is who I was going to place my trust in for my cosmetic procedure (and any other future procedures!!!!!). I was welcomed warmly by everyone from the front desk staff, the nurse Sarah (who is also amazing!!) and by Dr. Eliopoulos, herself. I was completely comfortable. Dr. Eliopoulos spent more than an hour with me for my consultation and provided so much education about the procedure and what I could expect. I was very impressed that a physician would spend much time with a patient, especially for a consultation. Her nurturing approach to caring for her patients was just as impressive to me as her impeccable attention to the detail of her work. She understood what I wanted to achieve and helped me to set realistic expectations. On the day of surgery, she made sure I was completely comfortable. I was so excited and not in the least bit nervous as I knew I was in good hands! After the surgery she called my husband and came to check on me, which made me feel well cared for! I have recommended Dr. Eliopoulos to my friends and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for the best in the field! I am so happy with my results and truly grateful to her!

Makeup and Hair made us 45 minutes late for our wedding! Below is what happened. I had a very small…read morebridal party (4 people including flower girl). Christa came to my hotel room at 8am and wedding is at 1:30pm. However, she did NOT manage the time well for makeup and hair at all and we were late for 45 minutes. We had a major crunch to get out of the door for wedding. It was just not what I needed for my wedding day. All of the events got pushed behind due to this delay. Not happy! I have no photos of my one bridesmaid (who is also my maid of honor) helping me with my dress because she was stuck on the chair to get her hair done at the last minute. She did a good job with the airbrush. However, the eyelashes she put on my mom fell off way before the end of the day. I'm just glad I didn't get false lashes from her the day of the wedding because the lashes she put on during the trial, 3 weeks earlier, fell off in 1 hour and it was very uncomfortable. She or her staff are not professional hair dressers. We wanted updos. But our hair was just curled and pined randomly. The pins kept falling off the entire night! Some started to fall off before the wedding started and kids kept picking up hair pins for me on the dance floor. OMG! Before the cake cutting, my flower girl's hair fell apart with a string hanging down. My Maid of Honor's hair is not even close to what she wanted. She wasn't organized with her stuff and had hard time finding what she needed. In the end, I had to stay behind to wait for her staff to leave my hotel room making me even later. In summary, she made me late, I didn't get what I paid for and she didn't offer any discount. This was such an unpleasant experience, I don't think I will even use Thumbtack again.
