While driving into our neighbor's backyard, the crane cracked the concrete slabs in the neighbor's backyard. We have three witnesses that heard the crane operator stating that it would be fine, as well as video footage of the operator admitting his mistake. Since hearing that we have three witnesses who can attest to the operator's error that led to over $7000 of concrete damage, the owner has been ignoring and avoiding our phone calls, as well as our neighbor's phone calls. This company has improperly trained crane operators, as well as management that refuses to take accountability. We will be seeking action against them to rectify the damage that they are liable for.

It was to be placed in the proximety of a power line, so he took the initiative to contact Utah Power to make sure we could safely place the container. Getting the OK is not always an easy process, so I was grateful he took the lead in getting all of the approvals so I didn't have to worry about it. Once all that was done, he called to say let's do this, and i met him and was able to assist a little. He picked up the container swung it over a tree and placed it exactly where it needed to be in just a matter of minutes (once it was all set up). In total, he was there less than two hours. The guy being lifted up into the tree was fascinating. He masterfully secured cords/ropes to where it would lift up the tree once he chopped it. Aaron at Arbor Services was by far the most knowledgeable person we spoke with. He let us know what we were dealing with, what the city needed to take care of and what he could do for us. He got us scheduled right away and our trees look great. He was easy to communicate with and very friendly. He even told us about his time working with the city and trimming the Sycamores along the side of our house. He really understand trees and how to best care for and maintain them.
