I brought over a vintage iron plant stand with several shelves around a central pole. Two of the shelves had cracked from age and use. Robert was able to weld the shelves in beautifully and helped me determine what paint I should use to prolong the life of the stand outside. As we were talking, I told him about an aluminum set of shelves I had in the garage. My husband had used them as a ladder and broken one of the shelves off--making it useless. He brought the welder over and fabricated a new bracket for the shelf. Then he reinforced the other side as well. It's stronger now than when I bought it.
