He was genuinely trying to help as he did not charge a thing and said "Hey it's winter is not an emergency that you get it fixed right now but if you consider getting it fixed after winter then give me a call". He was obviously the first one I reached out to after my yard started to become dry. They did an outstanding job. They were efficient, clean and not expensive at all. I even requested that they install a new timer that has WiFi and there was a wasp nest growing inside the old one. This did not stop them from finishing the job. They also repaired out gravel that let weeds take over our yard. It has been several months since they performed their most compete yard care and no more weeds. They were extremely reasonable in their rate and guaranteed that if any problems occurred to contact them immediately and they would stand behind their work. During a windstorm, a very large limb from our willow tree fell on the pasture fence. His four man crew was there early the next morning with a tree boom and chipper and took care of not only the fallen limb, but took out the dead wood from the tree and parts overhanging the roof. While they were here, I asked them to take the overhanging limbs on the roof from a large tree in front which they did. The whole job was completed and completely cleaned up by 12:30 PM! They were very efficient and professional. They really know what they are doing! The quality was excellent and the value unmatched! I highly recommend them!

Needless to say, I was overwhelmed. Happily, I left the worry to Arbor Services and not only did they trim my tree, but also found the pesky insects nest and disposed of it, drilled 50 holes in my ground to add needed supplements, and even called the city to add some insight on how to cut the tree in the future since it's near some power lines. They did all of this and for that amount of work, I was thinking they would say a cost that would make even Scrooge's mouth water, but it ended up being fair and was a great value! The team worked diligently and carefully to avoid power lines and other important cables that the branches were tangled in. They took away all the dead apples and branches for me as well. What a mistake. She lied to us that she was licensed and insure. Her crew did poor quality work hiding the fact that several sprinkler, Heads were broken when the crew was taking our sod out. Then she asked my husband for an unreasonable bonus for us after doing a rock wall and charges us bogus hours as well. Then she keep giving us outrageous bids for additional work. She was definitely scamming us. I stopped the work and cancel our last check to her after she admitted she knew about the broken sprinkler heads. Be aware. She consciously comes across as a sincere person to develop your trust, in order to scam you later on. She got fairply compensated for the work her crew did minus the repairs and headaches to have a reputable contractor to finish. I would never hire her again. I am also making referrals to the appropriate licensing agencies about conducting work with out the appropriate licensing requirements and then lying about it.
