Aaron at Arbor Services was by far the most knowledgeable person we spoke with. He let us know what we were dealing with, what the city needed to take care of and what he could do for us. He got us scheduled right away and our trees look great. He was easy to communicate with and very friendly. He even told us about his time working with the city and trimming the Sycamores along the side of our house. He really understand trees and how to best care for and maintain them. We needed a very large tree removed because our insurance agent insisted. The tree was growing to close to the house and our detached garage and during storms or on windy days branches would fall onto both roofs. We called many tree services like 20 and only 5 provided a quote. Aaron did a great job in helping to remove some weed trees that were growing in my backyard, technically on my neighbor's property line and near (but not on top of) some electric wires. My neighbor and I had agreed to remove these trees because they affected my view but also potentially her roof and property. Aaron was the only tree company that was able to assess the situation and offer a solution. He came when promised and did the job exactly as the bid explained. His crew worked fast and paid great attention to not damaging anything or causing more work. I called Arbor Service for an estimate on trimming two trees in my back yard. Eric came out that evening and gave me an estimate that I felt was very reasonable. We also talked about other trees in my yard that I was having problems with. He gave me advice on all of them. They came out the following afternoon, did a fantastic job of trimming both trees, also fertilized two of the problem trees with an iron slow release and a faster acting iron. They cleaned up all the branches and hauled everything away. I am so happy with the job they did. I will definitely be calling on them in the future. Great guys to work with!
