Had two large and tall trees removed They did an amazing job knew exactly what needed to be done. Price was reasonable very easy to work with I would recommend this company before anyone else having them come back to do more work on existing trees read more

Awesome workers who were on time, fast, and very thorough! Easy to book and had all the needed tools. Thank you!!

We had a tree fall over unexpectedly, they were able to help me within a couple of hours. I've never seen a tree get removed so fast and they cleaned up before they left. They also were the lowest priced out of 5 other quotes. I'll definitely be reaching out again in the future. read more

South Valley Tree - Tree Services Near Me - Millcreek, Utah

We had South Valley Tree come and trim our honey locust today. I think this is about the 4th time they have trimmed our tree through the years. They are EXCELLENT from the start with setting up appts to the clean-up! Everyone that I have dealt with has been professional. I highly recommend them! read more

Not super pleased! They trimmed bushes but didn't clean up very well around them. The next Job was topping a tree and trimming the limbs, we still have some more trimming to do! I Plan on a day just cleaning up around the bushes! I don't think we will have them back! They did do a good job cutting out dead branches in another tree. read more

we had them remove 3 trees along with the stumps. The price was much lower than I had expected. They were quick professional and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend them. read more

I needed two large trees removed over garage. Out of the 3 bids south valley tree came in the cheapest. A couple thousand cheaper. But even crazier was how my dog reacted to these guys. My dog wanted to bite the other estimators, but when south valley showed up my dog was super friendly. Every person I dealt with was extremely nice, over the phone and in person. Some of these guys are a little rough around the edges, but they have a level of professionalism and work ethic that makes them stand out. Respectful to my property as well as the neighbors. Other companies were actually quite rude trying to get an estimate. South valley is different, it's obvious the workers had a stake in the company and cared about its success. The only complaint is these guys took the longest to get some one out and once bid excepted the job was scheduled was pushed out. This company has a high demand. I'm glad I waited! Saved a ton of money! Turns out a friend used these guys too and said pretty much the same thing, cheapest and high quality of work. read more

We had this company come out and do a lot of tree trimming and also removed two big bushes and grind the stumps out! They came prepared, they were professional and knowledgeable! They were on time and cleaned up after each tree and bush they trimmed. The whole crew was fantastic! We were so happy to have found such a great company to work with. I highly recommend them. We will use them again whenever the need arises! read more

South valley is an honest tree service. Others wanted to take my tree down for an exorbitant amount. South valley determined my tree just needed some good trimming . Reasonable and I kept my tree read more

I am rarely compelled to write reviews, but this experience deserves it. This was literally the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Especially as a women, I am always afraid of getting ripped off. They removed two very large trees (both in very tight spaces) and trimmed five huge branches from another tree. Best part, they did the job for less than half of some of my other estimates. A great guy named Scott came out to give me an estimate and knew far more about my trees than any of the other "experts" other companies sent out. Their price was so reasonable that I was concerned that I had "missed" something. Then the crew of six guys came out and did the work in less than three hours! They were professional, detail oriented and cleaned up every last piece of wood. I can't say enough great things about my experience. Don't waste your time going elsewhere. I got seven estimates and not one came close to this price. Now that I experienced their work - I would never recommend anyone else. read more

SCOTT IS THE BEST! Super accommodating, fast and efficient. They went the extra mile and they even came on their day off to get my stump out before the weekend. They even spread all the wood chips in my garden..by hand. He was honest and fair and best of all, a great price! And they take credit cards! read more

Fantastic Company! They are very personable in the office and with scheduling. On site the crew was very helpful with questions I had. They trimmed all my bushes that were growing large and out of control. They shaped them exactly how I described that I would like them. Reasonable pricing as well. read more

I requested an appointment time so I could be there when the stump grinding technicians came. I also requested the largest machine be used. But the guys showed up unannounced, and brought a smaller machine. They came back and eventually made things right, which I appreciate. However, the experience was frustrating. I suggest that South Valley Tree improve the office / scheduling processes. read more

scott is a pleasure to work with. being fair and honest is all you can ask for when doing business with someone.

I love Yelp, out of town visiting Mom and the subject of over grown trees come up, we walk around the yard and decide what needs to be done, then we start guessing how much is this going to be. I look through Yelp and read horror stories, then I see South Valley, good reviews. Scott shows up the next week and makes us feel at ease with our concerns about removing two trees and trimming up three or four more, a week later they show up, do a fantastic job and charge what we were quoted, surprising good price, no one thought the price was high. Everyone in our Family appreciated South Valley for their good work, pleasant appointment setting and taking care of Mom, Thanks to everyone at South Valley. Highly Recommend. read more

Don't expect a call back if you have issues, even if promised. Destroyed several sprinkler lines. It looks like a bomb went off under ground... They had to have been aware of the damage, but they buried it, smiled and collected my money. Buried irrigation shutoff valve in the process. read more
