He reworked my zones, shifting usage so everything runs more efficiently, and the difference is night and day. I also had his team excavate, level, seed, and top-dress the back corner of my yard where the grass had completely died off due to tree roots. I highly recommend CleanGreen Services. They don't rush the work--they make sure it's done right, even if it means coming back the next day to fine-tune things. They are excellent, for sure and I had them put in the lawn and sprinkler system for my lovely, sweet Avenues house 10 years ago. It was (is) an older house and when I bought it it had been rented for many years of its 107 year old life (now, 117 years!). The last owner had rented it for 30 years and the poor thing had become the 'scary house' on the block because of the dead lawn, weird yew tree obscuring the front window and the ancient peeling blue paint on the bricks. The roof had five layers of asphalt tiles, at least on the E/W/S sides. The North side was only three layers. But, I digress. One step at a time I renovated the roof, paint and finally the lawn! A small avenues lawn with new sod and sprinkler system and by the Fall it was a spectacular show piece. Kappus was excellent, and they never made me feel like my job was too small. They also managed the system twice a year to make sure it ran smoothly. Word of mouth told me they were the best in town - and they were. And still are.
