I called and made arrangements with Steve to drop a hot tub and swim spa into my client's backyard…read more We agreed on service and price about a month before the tubs arrived. About two weeks before delivery, I confirmed with him that he was absolutely sure he could handle the project. We reviewed the project on Google Earth and he told me he had visited the job site. He was absolutely sure he could handle the project. We worked together to finalize the ship-date, which I then coordinated with the manufacturer and client. The service was scheduled for a Monday morning at 8:00 am. On that Thursday, less than two business days prior, he called and told me he could not do the job. He said he visited the client's home and decided that the reach was too far. Really? He advertises booms with plenty of reach, we reviewed the job in detail before hand and he had already told me he had visited the job site. I don't believe his excuse, I believe he was 100% ready to go and a different opportunity arose so he dropped me in the 11th hour. I was committed to accepting delivery of a hot tub and swim spa and G&S COMPLETELY LEFT ME HANGING. I had to scramble and was able to book Mountain Crane, who is about an hour from the job site. Mountain Crane did an outstanding job, but because they are not local, the service cost me about three times what it should have cost me. Does anyone think Steve is going to cover my profit loss for canceling on me without giving me enough time to find a different local provider?

While driving into our neighbor's backyard, the crane cracked the concrete slabs in the neighbor's backyard. We have three witnesses that heard the crane operator stating that it would be fine, as well as video footage of the operator admitting his mistake. Since hearing that we have three witnesses who can attest to the operator's error that led to over $7000 of concrete damage, the owner has been ignoring and avoiding our phone calls, as well as our neighbor's phone calls. This company has improperly trained crane operators, as well as management that refuses to take accountability. We will be seeking action against them to rectify the damage that they are liable for.

They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. We found them to be completely honest. We hope others will find this review very helpful, and we wish them all the best.
