Very disappointed with this firm. I contacted them to have a root dug up; an estimator came out, gave me a price and I said ok. I never heard back, after being told it would be a week or two before they could do the job. Three weeks later I have to check with them on the status of my request, and a return phone message was left on my answering machine that they were unable to help, and hoped I could find someone. We are totally pleased with Seven Trees in Spanish Fork. I found the office staff very knowledgeable and friendly every single time I contacted them. I contacted the company to remove a "Tree of Heaven" from our yard. It is a clump of trees all growing together about six feet in diameter. I initially called for an estimate. They sent someone out the very next day and he went back to the office and sent me the estimate the very next day after that. I called because I had some concerns about the overhead lines and I scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time, very respectful and very accommodating in removing a few obstacles in the path of the bucket truck. They removed it quickly, carefully, and efficiently - exactly how it was explained to me. They then removed the stump and all the while cleaning up the mess, even in the neighbors yard next door. The crews that completed the work were just as friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating as the office staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

Please don't delete this again, Yelp. This IS my review as an actual customer of theirs. Edited to be more clear since you didn't see that before. The word on this crappy and absolutely dishonest company needs to be spread far and wide. Thanks. They were hired by the city to do a quick trim job at MY HOUSE and they couldn't even do the bare minimum, which was to trim my trees for proper clearance over the sidewalk and road. Apparently, my trees didn't meet their made-up "standards". The sidewalk clearance is 8ft and, based on my height, it isn't even 6ft. I had a city official come out to MY HOUSE to inspect and I more than pointed it out to him. The jury's still out as to what will be done with them. These people are dishonest and will lie to you every chance they get. Phone, email, right to your face...hell, carrier pigeon and telegraph if we still used those... And, they left my trees looking WORSE than before they touched them. They suck ass. The office staff is rude and dishonest and the owner is a straight up liar and coward who breaks his promises. A real man doesn't do that. I keep my promises and, in fact, I'm doing it right here via burning their reputation to the ground and I have tons of PROOF via emails, their own BS company documents, pictures, etc. read more

When I moved to Provo a year ago my homeowner's insurance declined to give me a policy until I had some branches pruned. Because of the time crunch I only got one estimate --from another tree service. After it was done a neighbor told me I should've called Seven Trees, so when a very large tree with branches intertwined in overhead lines (the city declined to touch it) needed removing, I called Seven Trees. Not only did they give me a much better price, they arrived on time and did excellent work. They did more work for me and I was equally pleased. Even more impressive was when I asked Wes for his advice on possibly removing some more large branches on other trees. He could've easily agreed and gotten more business for the company, but instead he went over pros and cons so that I would be sure that was what I wanted. I really appreciated his integrity. I got several quotes from different tree companies, and when Seven Trees came and walked through to give an estimate, I could tell this was the company I wanted to work with. He was knowledgeable about all the different species and what treatment they needed, and most importantly he cared about saving these large, mature trees we had, instead of just saying we need to cut them all down, which most guys suggested. When his crew came to do the work they worked quickly, respectfully and were great at explaining what they were doing as they did it. We had a great experience and are very happy to be able to keep these trees healthy for years to come. read more

This is a customer review without being a customer. That's because I tried a couple times to make an estimate appointment. The last one had the time changed three times by their office and even then, no one ever showed up. I knew there was a chance they may have gotten behind on their schedule, but figured they'd call and explain or reschedule. Unfortunately, we didnt receive any sort of call, explanation or response. And this was after I tried to call them despite their no-show.They do sound very nice on the phone though. read more
