Aaron came and gave me a bid to remove the trees, I asked about trimming and shaping other trees. He was very thorough and asked what I wanted, he also made recommendations as what would work and look best. The day of tree removal...Wendell walked me through what they were removing and what was getting trimmed and how they were trimming ( all with my approval of course)! They come back a week later to grind down the stumps...you can't even tell a tree had been there! As far as the bid....true to their word!!! Will always use Cascade Tree Service!!! They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. We found them to be completely honest. We hope others will find this review very helpful, and we wish them all the best.
