These guys were professional and very quick and accommodating when putting the system in my house. I had a lot of weight in the decision of where the pipes would go, which I really appreciated. I'm excited to see how it performs over time, especially in the winter, but overall I'm confident they did the best job they could. And honestly, the price was amazing. From dealing with the office and then with the gentlemen techs who came to our home Johnnie and Gage were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, as well as answered my many questions. Which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately with the way our house was built and built pretty crappy we had an issue with our heater because the fan for the radon is so powerful our motor for the HVAC wasn't working right. We had to get a tech from our HVAC people to come out and solve the issue. Found that we had two drains in our unfinished area where everything was, so we had to plug one of the drains and have the unit cleaned throughly before turning the HVAC on again. Johnnie with Utah Radon has gone above and beyond to come over to turn the mediation fan off, and coming back to turn it back on once we got the HVAC situated! Highly recommend this company, as well as the wonderful people who work for them. Cannot thank them enough!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid at All Costs…read more I had a terrible experience with Utah Appliance Rental and would never recommend them to anyone. It took them two full weeks just to get back to me after I inquired about renting a washer and dryer. Then out of nowhere, I received a random text asking if I was still interested--no apology, no explanation. We scheduled a delivery, which was then rescheduled because of the stairs in my townhome. That part was understandable. They said they'd come on another day when someone named Liston had help from his 15-year-old brother--which already seemed unprofessional. When they finally showed up, they dropped the washer in my hallway--right against an interior wall where my TV was mounted on the other side. The impact caused my TV to fall and break completely. I immediately asked for their insurance information, only to be told they don't have any coverage. When I requested they cover the cost of the damage they caused, they refused. In the end, they didn't even leave the washer and dryer--so they came into my home, broke my property, refused accountability, and left me with nothing. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They are careless, uninsured, and take no responsibility for the damage they cause. This is the kind of business that gives Utah service providers a bad name.
