My new wife and I only needed a ride home from the reception so we were looking to save money by getting a cab instead of a limo. I called and scheduled my pickup 5 days in advance just to make sure that I had secured our ride home from our wedding. Our cab was supposed to show up at the reception at 11 p.m. At 11:10 p.m. the cab still hadn't showed up so I called their main number listed on Yelp and other webpages. The dispatcher claimed the driver had just shown up. I had multiple family members stationed outside the venue looking for the cab. No one actually showed up. Around 11:15 I called the same number again and it went straight to voicemail. I called a few more times and it always went to voicemail even though it says they stayed open until midnight. I wish I could comment on how comfy the cab was or what the driver was like, but I can't do that because they never showed up. Which was a huge bummer considering they took my reservation days in advance which made me think it wouldn't be a problem. Family members had to end up doubling up in vehicles so someone could drive us to our hotel. I am usually pretty easy to please but this was completely unacceptable. I signed up for Yelp specifically because of how much South Suburban Cab Service screwed me on the one day I needed them to pick my wife and I up like they agreed to. Too bad Yelp doesn't allow 0 stars.

Smooth and safe drive despite all the construction on the Kennedy and we arrived on time. Driver helped unload and made sure we had everything. They took CC through their phone app with a tap and I got an emailed receipt. I also booked them coming back and told them we needed the same setup. Sal was responsive and made sure the driver was there. Our flight was delayed but the driver was still there. Same charge and great driver with the car seats strapped in by the fire department. They were rock solid.
