They really should have some kind of announcement system and backup plan available. I'm exhausted and this is just the last thing I needed. I will have spent 3 hours at the airport because of this added to the usual international arrival rigamarole. At least the driver and ticket lady could have been friendly and apologetic, but they are being neither. Have yet to hear any kind of apology or explanation. Not okay. He also chatted quite a bit which I can appreciate most of the time but for whatever reason that morning, I just wanted to kind of zone out in my solitude.
