A group of us used this company for a concert last Saturday night and it was a nightmare!…read more I won't even get into the driver Sal's driving abilities (which were absolutely awful) or the dirty, smelly van...but let me tell you what happened with our pick up instead. We paid over $700 for a job and we did NOT get what we paid for. Once the concert was over, we had to wait for almost 1.5 hours for him to pick us up! This is unacceptable! First, we walked 2 times around the entire venue and parking lots searching for him, as he kept saying he was "dropping the pin with his location"...we never found him! We all tried calling him numerous times as well and all he could say was "I don't know where I am... or I don't know where you guys are!" Are you kidding me?? What kind of person that has absolutely no sense of direction becomes a driver? It was an awful end to a great night. AND to top it all off, I have gotten no response from the company except that they needed to talk to the driver first and they would get neck to me. NOPE!! Nothing! We went looking for Amy money back, I just wanted an explanation and an apology! Definitely will never use Avanti again (which is a shame because we used to use them years ago all of the time) and we will spread the word of our horrible experience! If I could give zero stars, I certainly would! Unbelievable!

Called twice to see if driver even had a chauffeur license twice and both times said they would pass to owner. Not sure who to report them to because they were so unsafe!!!! I had used them in the past, a few years ago- will NEVER use again.

I don't understand why they have such bad reviews!!…read more When shopping for a limo for a bachelorette party, Second Nature had the best prices in the area for a limo that could fit our party. Moses was extremely responsive and always available for any questions. On the day of Denise, our fabulous driver, gave us a call about 30 minutes before arriving. Once there, Denise was so helpful to get us packed in the limo, take pictures and make sure we have everything we need. She gave us great suggestions and always made sure we were taken care of. I can't say enough great things about her. The only downside is the comfort of our limo. On the sides of the limo, there were two benches that had open backs to allow access to cup holders and coolers. Unfortunately there was a bulky shoulder pad that ran parallel to the seats making the open back more uncomfortable. This was the Escalade limo so you may want to keep that in mind. Aside from that, the day went great and I would certainly use them again!

We stayed in Michigan City & they took us to two different wineries about 40 minutes away. Everyone was overall very impressed! Next time I am staying in the area, I will 100% book through Second Nature again!
