I just got off the phone with her and she said they were extremely rude to her and yelled at her. They basically indicated none of the problems were theirs or the drivers fault. Because the contract only listed pick-up times at 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30, the driver made all three contracted trips - nevermind the fact that I was told from the beginning he was at our disposal for the entire time we were paying for the service. Why am I paying by the hour if you're only willing to provide a certain numebr of trips during that time?! If that's the deal, then you should charge per trip. Same reasoning for the problems at the end of the night. The driver doesn't leave if no one is on the shuttle, and apparently isn't responsible for letting anyone know he is there. They got the contract wrong on the pick-up times I wanted- bad on my for not quardruple checking, but the changes I requested were three days before the wedding. I was kind of busy. - and even though I requested pick-ups at 10:30 and 11:15, which would have given the drive plenty of time for the 40 minute round trip, they scheduled them for 11:00 and 11:30. When it was suggested that they should have known this was more than a 30 minute round trip, they said it wasn't there job to check drive times. I do take some responsibility for not being more on top of the contract I guess, but I also feel like my biggest mistake was actually trusting these so called professionals.

Our flight which was scheduled to land yesterday at 5:05pm did not arrive until after 2:00am this morning. We had been delayed, detoured, had to land in Minneapolis to refuel, and experienced constant air traffic delays. I was in messaging contact with your dispatcher several times advising of updates to our arrival, and was assured that our ride would be available and ready. Sure enough, when we recovered our luggage and called Joseph, he was waiting for us at the curb, and took our luggage. We were celebrating a 40th birthday and started planning a little late. After submitting some of my info and details of what we were looking for, Chris reached out right away. He made the entire planning process painless and was an incredible help with suggestions and recommendations. I knew from the start things were going to work out well. We settled on the wine tour consisting of 3 wineries and lunch at a brewery, as well as transportation to and from each of our stops including pick up and drop off at our home! The day before our reservation I heard from our driver, Mark. Just this simple act settled some of my nerves. I was stressing leading up this about things going awry. What if our driver didn't show up? What if bookings were messed up since I booked last minute? You name it, I thought it. Mark confirmed our schedule for the day and we were set. The day of the reservation he showed up early to pick us up and start our day. We had less than perfect weather yet Mark kept us on time for each of our stops. Not only did he take care of us getting to and from each winery, he also provided us with a charcuterie tray, mimosas, and homemade cookies. Business sent a text message day prior to let know who my driver was going to be. Our driver was Margaret, she had very strong communication skills, very good driver, and very friendly! I alerted her our flight to Midway was delayed and she monitored our flight and arrived promptly for pick up even at 3:30 in the morning. She was very friendly and drove us to our destination with no issues. They have extra charging ports for all passengers, climate control system in their vehicles. Their cars are roomy even with 4 suitcases and 4 passengers riding in the back. I accidentally left my laptop in the backseat after our ride concluded and they were prompt to notify me and returned my bag. I decided to call back the next day after exploring a couple more options and the person who had agreed to the price match did not remember doing so. I got them to agree to it again and they sent me a contract, which did not have the agreed upon price. I had them re-send it and after the correct one was signed, I emailed to let them know what the pick up and drop off points were. The day before the event I got a call that their office did not have my signed contract, even though I had a receipt sent by them for it, and they did not have my pick up and drop off points, even though it was emailed to them. After everything was sorted, the bus was late to arrive day of and never called me but wound up calling my back up number fifteen minutes later. Then the driver told me that I had to pay the remainder (480) in cash right there, which was never communicated to me. I thought they would charge the card they had on file which was used for the deposit. They were lucky we were going to a pricey event so cash had been collected from everyone, otherwise I would have had to go to a bank to get that much in cash. The driver then wound up missing our drop off point and we had to pull it up on GPS and direct him to it. Would never use this company again. Sure they price matched, but the discount was not worth it.

Here's why: -First, they were able to accommodate a very last-minute request for our group (I literally called at 1 pm on a Friday and needed to be picked up at 9 that night), and Allen (the owner) had us set up with a great bus within minutes. On top of that, the price they gave us was phenomenal! -Second, and this was something I really appreciated, was the amount of communication that took place before the job. About two hours after I booked, the driver called me to confirm all the details for the night, and told me I could call him anytime that day if we needed anything for the bus. He also called me a half hour before arrival and arrived EXACTLY when he said he would, which was awesome. To top things off, he even stopped at a store beforehand and stocked the bus with ice for our drinks...nice touch. -Upon arrival, we were all blown away with how nice the bus was. It was a 24 passenger and had an incredible sound system, touch-screen DVD player, wet bars, lighting and plasma TVs. The bus was absolutely spotless too. And, before we left, the driver came back and showed us how to use the stereo and everything else. -Throughout the drive (we cruised around the city for a few hours), the driver took us on excellent routes and handled the bus flawlessly. Everyone's ride was very comfortable. And any request we had, he accommodated. A true professional. Overall, I give LimosAliive an A++.
