Before he would let us get into his limo he demanded all the $ upfront including a 20% tip that was never mentioned!! I asked him to call the owner who I originally contacted and the guy told me he mentioned the 20% tip over the telephone when we book and that is a total lie. At this point I had four girls waiting outside the limo, upset and ready to go to their concert. I paid as much as I had on me as the price jumped over $75. I told this man I would give him the rest when we picked up another lady and her daughter in Channahon. As soon as my friend in channahon approached the limo he demanded $ from her. Not to mention there were wine glasses filled with old wine from the people before us. We were promised water and soda and there was none. I had to call the owner of skies the limo again and he made him stop for drinks at a gas station. This man smoked the entire time as we rode up to Chicago. We could smell smoke for 2.5 hours as traffic was horrible. I was beyond disapointed with the lack of communication with the owner and subcontractor, white carriage demanding $ upfront before he would pull off, no cold beverages on a 90 degree day, smoking with children in the car. I'm contacting the BBB on Monday requesting some of my $ back. This was totally ridiculous. I've never felt so disrespected before.

I was on party bus duty for my daughter's recent high school dance. I priced out a few companies…read morewith party buses and 312 Limo was the most reasonable price. To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.
