Not only was the price of the vehicle competitively priced and a great deal, the people who are behind the business are exceptional. They know what they are working on and you can tell. They have wonderful understanding on popular models such as Toyota Prius and Yaris, and quite frankly I don't think I have seen anyone else sell a Prius at a better price with lower mileage than this place. You get great quality at a great price. Sure the place isn't as fancy or nice as an auto dealership, but you won't be paying the crazy prices the dealers make you pay. Great people, great cars, this should be an easy choice. I hope that when we replace our SUV, we will be able to buy one from them because ONG is about the only place I want to buy a vehicle... One thing to keep in mind is that many of their cars are prior salvaged and then fixed up, so its understandable to be a bit nervous to purchase from them. I was a bit nervous too at first, but after getting to know the owner more all those worries dissipated. They really stand behind their work and take pride in what they do (which is a rare find these days) and will fix anything that comes up with their cars. And you just can't beat their prices anywhere else! Great business, hands down.

I asked the salesman why it had been on the lot so long and he said it's the exact same as another car they had sold in the winter, so they used the same pics. This turned out to be a flat-out lie. In reality, it was the same car as in the photos and he hadn't yet suckered anyone into buying a $6000 car that needed $6000 in repairs. I am not that sucker, but I did spend money on an inspection that told me how bad the car was when the salesman Fred Barker could have just been up front with me. Hopefully, after reading this review, you won't be a sucker at KK Auto Ranch either. There are plenty of roadside car lots. My suggestion would be to pick a different one.

I was in the market for a new car as my truck was totaled in an accident in Sept. Mohammed was super friendly and showed us all the vehicles in our price range and to fit our needs. We fell in love with a Mercedes GLS 550 and decided to purchase. I noticed a few cosmetic defects, but he assured me the vehicle was meticulously maintained and of the highest quality. We also bought the warranty he highly recommended and promised it would cover everything except basic maintenance. He did note the sunroof shade didn't close and he would personally made sure it was taken care of. He said it would be weeks for the parts to come in. I took my vehicle home. Upon bringing it home I noticed more things wrong. I chased Mohammed via phone call for weeks before he finally agreed to have his mechanic look at my concerns. He had my vehicle for 2 weeks and it was untouched, no communication. FINALLY, he disclosed the issues were far too advance for his mechanic and we should bring it to Mercedes to diagnose. He agreed to work with the warranty to pay what they didn't cover to make this deal right. My vehicle was at the Mercedes dealer for almost a month due to lack of communication on Mohammed's end and finally we had to close the ticket, and my vehicle is still "broken". Mercedes also noted the front brakes are so worn down that any self-respecting dealer should have bare minimum disclosed it was in need of brakes. I have sent 3 follow up emails and MULTIPLE unreturned phone calls to have the agreed upon work fixed and I'm sure they will remain unreturned.

This is unfortunate and MN is one of a very small number of states that don't protect it's consumers. Auto dealers like Big Man Motors are taking advantage of this and bringing in autos from other states and selling them here - taking advantage of it's MN citizens and putting them in danger and making our roads unsafe. This needs to change! Big Man Motors is one of those companies that are 100% taking advantage of it's consumers. Buyer BEWARE when buying any vehicle from these guys! First off, the front doors were locked but the open sign was on... so we had to walk around to the back and I walked into the garage. The man who ended up being Nick, the owner seemed genuinely put off that we walked in. He took us out to see some cars and he steered us toward this one and he touted that the car just came in, was in excellent shape, well taken cared for and would last our daughter through college. We took it for a test drive and when we got back I asked if he would to lift it up for me, he refused and said that they were just too busy. I could tell by sight that the tires were older but had no idea how bad they were that day. We discovered that the car's tires had the belt plies or steel belts showing on the inside of the tires. I know that there is a statute in MN (169.723 TIRES CONSIDERED UNSAFE) that offers us a little protection on this point. We simply took the car in two days after we bought it for an oil change and the shop gave us the bad news when we came to pick it up. They showed us that the FRAME had THREE HOLES in it from rust deterioration. There was a leak coming from the front end (the engine was wet) but they weren't sure what it was or where it was coming from (without tearing it apart). The dealership had replaced one small part on the underbody (I think they were the fuel injectors) so they definitely knew about the frame issues and had simply lied to us. The mechanic at our auto place asked us where we bought it and he said, "Oh man... they did the same thing to me! Now, I hear this about them all the time... they really rip people off. This sort of business needs to be stopped!". DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLES FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!! Big Man Motors is performing slimy business activities in the sales of their vehicles. They lie, short-cut and put unsafe cars onto MN highways. When I called 3 days later to tell them that I wanted to bring the car back, a man (not sure if he was Nick or not) simply laughed at me, told me it was sold "as-is" and it's my problem now. I told him about the tires and the MN statute and he said, "Sue me". Ok... I will.
