I was towing in a vehicle…read moretoday and I was going to drop the vehicle in the lot and the owner rudely came out and said " don't you drop it there, drop it in my garage". If you know this place you know that it is on an extremely busy road and I can not block traffic to drop it off where he wanted it. Let alone I could not fit where he wanted it. I proceeded to drop the vehicle and he came out and threatened me. I told him if you have an issue feel free to call my dispatch and he refused to do that. I dropped the vehicle safely. I then went to give the owner the keys as I am supposed to do after I drop every vehicle. He then came at me after I put the keys onto his desked. Grabbed the back of neck and my hoodie and put the keys into my hoodie. I then told him "do not touch me" two times he then pushed me out of the door and luckily I moved my hand fast enough because my hand was in the door before he slammed the door.

The thing that makes this place the best is Matthew (manager) who has been there for as long as I have been coming here. Matthew excels at customer service. He is good at realistically telling me how much of a priority fixing things should be. I really wish they still did drop offs/pickups but I know they are short staffed and it takes a lot of time. Neither of us know much about car maintenance, but we immediately pulled off to the side of the road on the intersection between Hwy 7 and Shady Oak Rd. Not five minutes into pulling over, a very generous woman who looked to be in her mid-twenties, wearing glasses, and was driving a dope blue car which I believe was a Toyota FJ60/62 (?) Either way, she dropped her dog off and told us if we were still there she would help us out. She came back just a few minutes later and picked us up and brought us to the O'Reilly just a few minutes away. We told her about this being the second time this has happened and she gave us great advice about our beater of a Ford Escape and how we should get a diagnostic test, check our oil dipstick a lot more frequently than we currently do, and to possibly check if our coolant had a leakage. Before she dropped us off, she told us how her father runs Expedition Autoworks and that it would be worth checking out. I've never once heard of this place as I don't live near the area, but the next time I need car maintenance I will absolutely check out Expedition Autoworks knowing the kindness that woman showed me and my boyfriend today. I wish I would've caught her name, but knowing that there's family of the person who helped us today, I will definitely make the drive and take my business to Expedition Autoworks.

Other places (before we knew of Tuan's ) told us to total it/throw in the towel on the repairs. That they'd cost well over 6K (!!!!!!). If you haven't had your car serviced there, get on it!
