I honestly cannot recommend Jenn enough! I've worked with her three times so far to organize my new…read moreapartment in Diamond Bar, and I can confidently say that hiring her was one of the BEST decisions I've ever made! I absolutely HATE organizing, and I'm also terrible at getting rid of things. Over the years, I've accumulated so much stuff that I didn't even know where to begin. Even after living in my new apartment for several months, I still hadn't figured out how to properly organize everything. Jenn helped me organize my kitchen, bedroom, closet, dining room, and living room and the transformation has been unbelievable! What impressed me the most is that Jenn doesn't just make your home look neat. She actually takes the time to understand your daily routines, habits, and how you use your space. Instead of creating a generic organization system, she customizes everything around YOUR lifestyle. For example, she organized my entire kitchen by category and arranged everything in a way that makes sense for how I actually use it. Everything is so much easier to find and put away now. I genuinely feel like my quality of life has improved! My closet was another HUGE game changer! We worked on it during our second session, and I was shocked to realize how many clothes I owned that I never even wore. Jenn helped me sort through everything, focus on the clothes I actually wear, and organize them by category. She even labeled everything so I know exactly where things belong. Before that session, dealing with my clothes was a constant source of stress, whether I was choosing an outfit, looking for something, or putting things away. But ever since Jenn organized my closet, that stress has completely disappeared! I never realized how much something as simple as an organized closet could change my everyday life. Another thing I REALLY appreciated was her help with donations. As we went through my belongings together, we found so many things I no longer needed. Jenn even arranged a pickup with a donation organization that supports veterans! All I had to do was leave the items outside my front door, and the organization came to pick everything up. I didn't have to worry about finding a donation center, arranging transportation, or scheduling anything myself. She made the entire process incredibly easy, which meant so much to someone like me who struggles with letting go of things. During our third session, I was completely exhausted from work and seriously considered postponing. Jenn reminded me that putting it off wouldn't really change anything, and she was absolutely right! I'm SO glad she encouraged me to go through with it because I would have regretted canceling after seeing how much we accomplished. When I first considered hiring a professional organizer, some of my friends questioned why I would need one when I live alone. But after experiencing Jenn's work, I can honestly say that I don't regret a SINGLE dollar I've spent. In fact, I wish I had hired her sooner! One of the biggest surprises was realizing how spacious my apartment actually is. I had already been living here for months, but it wasn't until Jenn helped me organize everything that I realized how much space I really had. My apartment finally feels like home, and my everyday life is so much easier and less stressful. I truly believe everyone should experience professional home organizing at least once, whether you live alone or with a family. It's not just about having a clean or beautiful home. It's about creating a space that works for YOU and improving your quality of life. Jenn's service is worth EVERY penny and I would hire her again without hesitation! Thank you so much, Jenn, for not only transforming my apartment but also making my everyday life so much easier!

Organization has never my forte. Our cluttered kitchen and storage spaces always bothered me, but I…read morenever really knew *how* to tidy up in a way that was aesthetically pleasing and sustainable. One day, I looked around and had enough! I started to research home organizers and read tons of reviews for different companies. I reached out to a couple but a call with Jenn sealed the deal. Jenn listened carefully to our needs, got an idea of what we needed, and walked me through her process. I really appreciated that she intended to come prepared with all of the organization tools she'd need, requesting measurements of my cabinets/storage spaces well in advance so she can shop for the perfect bins, etc for our spaces. She also gave me a quote and time estimate that was extremely reasonable. We decided on two days beforehand and in anticipation of all of the *stuff* we'd be clearing out, Jenn also organized a donation pickup that would come straight to our door! On the first day, Jenn arrived with her car full of storage bins. We walked her through the kitchen, showing her what items were used most frequently, how we cook, etc. Jenn was super thoughtful in the questions she'd ask to maximize the utility of our kitchen space. Throughout the day, Jenn would check in to ask about items to be thrown away, how often we use certain ingredients, etc. The end result was a beautifully organized kitchen space that was *functional*. Bonus - we could see our kitchen counters again!! The way she organized everything just made sense - she truly has a gift for this. I also wanted to note that I was working from home while Jenn was organizing in the kitchen and she was so respectful of our time and patient while I was held up on work calls. The second day went just as smoothly. We had a storage cabinet that was just an explosion of random items we couldn't find proper places for, and Jenn somehow found a way to find make sense of the mess! Can't thank Jenn enough for the magic she worked! We will definitely be calling her again to help with our closet spaces. Thank you, Jenn!

We could not be happier with the service and results. Nader (project manager) was extremely…read morehelpful and patient with all our questions/requests, etc. To give a little background: We bought a home that was in need of some structural repair, but we have a baby coming very soon and these repairs were unexpected. They fixed, and significantly upgraded, a load-bearing wall that was terribly done before. They went over every detail so we got the design we wanted, with a great view of the living room. The electrician also identified some other issues and helped make the home safer. With a 2 year old and the little one on the way, I can't tell you how much it helps to have the peace of mind of a well-supported 2nd story and a potential electrical fire avoided. Also, a shout out to the drywall and painting teams. They were extremely courteous and considerate, especially considering we were ALL SICK WITH FEVERS that week! Yep, that was fun. Last point, regarding cost. Nader clearly made every effort to get this on budget and I appreciate that. The extra costs that were needed were very much justified and he didn't assume our approval, rather wanting to be sure we were ok with it first. Considering the spot we were in, a less-scrupulous person may have taken advantage. Hire these guys if you need any serious work done on the home, you won't regret it.

Avoid Home Masters Int'l - Shoddy Work, Broken Promises, and Zero Communication…read moreI highly recommend looking elsewhere for your home renovation needs. We have used Home Masters Int'l twice now, and both experiences have been plagued by subpar craftsmanship and terrible customer service. * First Experience (5 Years Ago): We spent $135,000 cash on a full interior remodel with new electrical and plumbing over a 3-month period. While some aspects were fine, we quickly noticed major issues: cracks in the ceiling, badly hung cabinets and drawers, a crack in our new wood flooring, and numerous required touch-ups. I reached out shortly after completion, and again at 6 months. Both times, they promised to follow up and completely ghosted us. * Second Experience (Recent Bathroom Remodel): We decided to give them a second chance to redo our tub/shower combo because we heard they were under possibly new ownership. We again paid cash. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. We are facing the exact same issues: shoddy workmanship with no oversight and a total lack of communication. We are now more than 30 days past our final payment, and the project is still incomplete. Home Masters Int'l consistently breaks their promises and has horrible communication. Do not risk your money or your home with them. Look elsewhere.
