This place has AWESOME food! I love their oxtails, pigeon peas and rice, cabbage and plantains. The plantains have a beautiful grill taste. The oxtails were tender and not chewy. I can eat the pigeon peas and rice all day. The other entree we ordered was curry goat. It again was seasoned well. The cook she knows what she doing. You have to try this place. read more

DISGUSTING!!!! 2 large entrees were very small compared to Negrils and Caribbean Sunshine Bakery. The goat curry was the worst. It was full of skin, gristle and completely shredded because it was not fresh. It was cooked with lots of tomatoes and completely tasteless and inedible. The oxtail was full of fat and the gravy was mainly grease. The fork was so cheap and flimsy, it couldn't even pick up rice and had to get a fork from the Cajun place. $55 was a waste for this garbage. read more

Im currently here at 11:12am 4/3/2025 I just got some stewed chicken and i assume the old chicken was mixed with the new chicken to where she could say I can bring u to the back so u can see this is fresh and it wasn't fresh. So good, I don't wanna leave!! Seriously delicious food court eats and about the only thing going for the old West Oaks mall these days. I haven't shopped here so much in the last many years since its heyday. In fact, was here to meet someone from OfferUp; not exactly mall business. Lol ..but enough about the me and the mall and the music. They're super warm and friendly, helpful and fun. You can see and taste they love what what they're doing. And you get hefty Caribbean sized portions too. Nom nom nom yum yum! They're so good they sell out of the wings so I didn't get to try those. Blast!!! So I went with the oxtail over pigeon peas and rice with some slaw which was an absolute delight. So wonderfully succulent and rich in flavor, that. Yum. So yum, they're on the return hit list. "My God" This restaurant is Heaven sent. The food is so good, it makes you wonder if God prepared it himself. The Jerk chicken is off the chain, and the oxtails, and peas, and rice are literally to die for. Okay not really, but the seasonings, and flavors come together so well, it makes the food supremely succulent, and keeps your mouth watering, even after you have eaten it all. G & G's is located in the food court, at the West Oaks mall in Ocoee. The inviting aroma hits you the moment you walk through the door, and keeps you encapsulated. Was at the mall on Black Friday and didn't want to leave in order to eat. I'm not much of a fan of mall food as it is usually greasy and over priced. Parents decided to get some yellow curry chicken and rice from this place. I didn't order any food myself because of the above reasons. Since they had plenty they shared their plates with me. To my surprise, this was real food. There was actually a guy in the back cooking this stuff from scratch. I'm not a fan of yellow curry, but I threw back every last bite of the chicken. It was moist and fall off the bone tender. The rice and plantains were ok, not really a fan, so I would try something different next time. But that chicken was more like something from a food truck. Now if I'm hungry at the mall at least I know I have a legit place to eat at the food court. read more

Flavorful food. Had the curry chicken with rice and peas, cabbage and plantains. I tried one of the fried sweet rolls as well. The meal was delicious. It was a perfect blend of spice and heat. Some of the best Jamaican food I have had which is a shock as you do not expect good food in a mall. I ordered the jerk wing meal. While the wings are cooking they ask for your rice choice and gravy. I had yellow rice with oxtail. Their oxtail is very flavorful and the rice is well seasoned. They then offer plantains or cabbage. Plantains are more thick without much flavor, but still good. The wings are very tender with a good spice. The spice is not overwhelming which allows you to still taste the chicken. Worth the drive! read more

This is a great Jamiacan restaurant. I was a little hesitant to give this place a try, but I'm so happy I did. I ordered a large plate of oxtails which came with cabbage and rice. Compared to other restaurants they gave so much meat. I felt like like the portion was perfect for 15$. The oxtails were falling of the bone and very flavorful. I recommend that you try the oxtails. For a second forget you are in a food court in a mall. This is simply put one of the best restaurant in Orlando. We we're little hesitant trying this place but so glad we did. The meat is cooked to perfection and is packed with flavors. The services is a piece of Jaimaica in the US. You will leave with a smile on your face. Highly recommend this place. read more

How I wish G&G Jamaican Delights would open a restaurant near me! I live on the opposite side of Orlando from West Oaks and don't have the luxury of traveling all the way over there as often as I'd like, but let me tell you...the food is well worth the trip. It's part of the food court in West Oaks Mall, but the food is so good people come pick up orders they've placed over the phone! Yes, it's that good. I've tried most of the Jamaican restaurants around Orlando and while there are some great spots, I can confidently say that G&G is hands down the best. The family owned establishment is run by a very dedicated husband and wife team who serve up not only mouth wateringly amazing food but great energy to match, every single time! If you love yard food you cannot pass this place up! The oxtail and the curry chicken are my top two, extra gravy always (of course) and coco bread to sop it all up! YUM!! read more
