This dealer was hands down THE BEST dealership to purchase a car from. I worked with Paul (Sales Manager) and Les (Financial Manager) both of them were outstanding. Paul didn't waste my time with haggling over prices. He gave me the best price he could on their car and matched what I said I wanted/needed for my trade in. This dealership was 2 1/2 hours away from my house, and I will without question make that drive again to purchase from them in the future. Today as a follow up Paul called me to inform me I forgot a few personal items in my trade in and asked if I wanted them mailed to my house and wanted to make sure I was enjoying the car. World class service top to bottom!

Upon pick up, I was also treated with disrespect complete with eye rolls from the service advisor and cashier. I was not notified of what was completed on my vehicle nor what needed to be completed. Driving home I realized nothing was done about the ongoing issue.

It was near closing time, though, so they didn't get a chance to look at it until the next day, but when they did they made a quick diagnosis, called me to make sure I was okay with everything happening, and got the needed parts ordered while keeping cost low with good used parts. When the parts came in, they got them in the car quickly and I got my car a week after taking it to them (the week was for the parts to come in). My car runs like a champ now :) Thank you so much Auto Jockeys! I highly recommend them!!

I've been going to them for years with no issues and the past year or so, they've seemed to have…read moredropped significantly in quality and customer service. They always have excuses as to why they keep my car for long periods and can't fix items. You can't make appointments on the online appointment system unless it's for something simple like an oil change so they have had to call me to tell me they can't fix my car when I made the appointment. They have messed up my appointment day and time even when scheduling over the phone. They forget to call you back sometimes and have poor communication overall. I went in to look at a car for sale very recently and they knew I was coming in because I told them I didn't want them to fix my car they looked at due to high price and was coming in to pay my final bill anyway. They're the ones who suggested I not fix it. The one and only car they had (literally) was listed on the website and the owner had taken it to Wisconsin Dells for his own personal use. The sales lady even openly complained how the car was gone and taken by Mark to Wisconsin Dells when she came outside with the keys and couldn't find the car. I came back the next day and it had almost 1k miles additional on it from what the website said. I told the sales lady how unprofessional the whole situation was, and she made an attempt to smooth it over. We did not buy the 1 car they had for sale due to rust, the car driving a little rough and based on the fact they had been leaving such a bad taste in our mouths for a time. I would not recommend this dealership for repairs or for buying a car.
