It was crazy expensive, as all body work is these days. But that's what insurance is for. These days it seems that replacing a damaged body part is more cost effective than trying to fix it. But that's just how things are. It has nothing to do with their shop; it's just a fact of life. Sticker shock is real. With that said, Gerber was great. They told me what they would do, and they did it. My insurance covered the cost of a rental car, thank goodness! Gerber was lovely. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. My car looked great when they were done. And they also provided some assistance with pickup/drop off of my rental. They were polite, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout. KUDOS!

The repair didn't work from the other company-so right away we decided to call Bartlett. We are all about supporting smaller local businesses! The guys were quick to call back after I first reached out. They were able to quote over the phone. They had wanted some more info about our vehicle so, I was able to send them a text message with the information so they were able to order the correct product. Their quote matched another quote we were given (even with a discount from the other company) plus they offered Mobil service without me asking! At not additional cost! We had a new windshield within 48 hours! They came to our home, were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with them. They are from Greenville, WI and did the repair in central Appleton. I highly recommend using Bartlett Auto Glass!!
