Let me tell you the 2 locations are night & day on how they are run and treat people! George and crew treat you like a person and with respect! They answer the phone promptly as well as those who walk in. I live 90 miles away up in Antigo and it was worth the trip down to have my leaking windshield addressed. Called The Glass Company on Tuesday the day returning from Road-trip and discovering an insulated…read morewindow outer pane broken. Glass technician Richie was here the next day to get measures. Window unit was custom order that he sent in right away. .Friday AM back with correct replacement and in less than a hour later window pane installation was done. He cleaned up all broken glass and debris. Richie presented in clean uniform, identified himself, asked if we required him to wear overshoe protection (I already had floor protection and ladders set up) He was polite and explained the process. also told me cost up front but that the shop would send a bill. Before he left, asked if I could see anything wrong with install and if any debris was missed. I stopped by the shop later in day to pay bill, Ginny the shop owner was gracious and told me I did not have to rush in to pay, but I had errands to run near the shop. I appreciate this kind of service. My previous experiences with auto glass repair on a number of my vehicles (3) and house glass replacement all dealing with The Glass Company of Antigo have been 5-star.

Really? You call them everyday for a status and you have appointments for your health and you must drop it to accommodate them and yet after 2 weeks of complete and utter disrespectful disgard.
