I recently financed my second vehicle through Toyota of Wausau. I intend on staying loyal to them…read moredespite the fact that I live nearly three hours south of their location. This is due to the fact that I'm able to depend on them for their honesty, straightforwardness, and I get a quality, dependable vehicle out of the deal. This time around, I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Steringer, a sales consultant, and Rich in the finance department. Both gentleman provided me with excellent customer service and were more than willing to hear my concerns and questions. Mike, in particular, was excellent to deal with; he made darn sure my vehicle was in tip top shape from the get go and got me hooked up with an excellent Ramen place in Madison to boot. Another solid transaction with Toyota of Wausau and there employees. Highly recommended, even if you're just looking.

Took it in late 2024 to have it serviced. 10 miles from the dealership the sensor comes back on. Set up another time in December 2024 to have it looked at again and half way home the sensor went out again. Fast forward to December 2025, took it in again before the warranty expires and half way home again the sensor went off. I drive 100 miles on way to have it serviced. I told them to replace all 4 tires sensors because I didn't want to drive back again. One goes, they all begin to go. They only replaced the right side of the car. Is this really worth my effort one more time??!!

I want to give a shout out to Scott and the service team at Parsons. My family was wrapping up our…read morevacation Thursday, one daughter was driving in from Minnesota to spend the last couple of days with us. We had to be out by Saturday. When she pulled into the resort I could hear that she had grinding coming from the rear area of the vehicle. After calling other garages in the area, all booked out to later the following week, I was lucky enough to speak with Scott . Their service department had a similar timeline but he said if I got over there asap he could have a tech take a look at it. Now mind you, service closes at four and I roll in at about three, he hears how bad it was and said "Hey we're gonna take care of you." They had most of the work done before closing but ended up needing one more part which was installed Friday morning. Great job !!

After a weeklong vacation over the 4th of July, my family & I were headed home to Central Illinois…read more After turning onto the road to start out 400 mile drive home, we heard a loud bang under the front of the vehicle. I got out & looked, and noticed a broken rod hanging next to the drivers side tire of our GMC Acadia. We SLOWLY drove to Parsons, HOPING they would be open on the Saturday of July 4th weekend.... Lucky for us, they were. And they fit us in right away since we were trying to get home. They quickly diagnosed the issue. The Service Advisor, Ashley, brought me out to the service floor & showed me the damage- Broken driver's side sway bar, plus I would need to replace the sway link AND Driver CV Axle. What was I going to do? I had to get home. It was a holiday weekend, I'm from out of state, and I HAD to get home. They could pretty much charge me whatever they wanted, because I was stuck. They basically had me bent over a barrel...... But here's the thing- They didn't try to take advantage of the situation! Ashley and the service tech told me that although they COULD fix it, they wouldn't be able to get parts until Tuesday. They also were upfront & honest and told me that although it is important that everything is repaired as soon as possible, I WOULD be able to drive home to Illinois SAFELY and have everything fixed there. PLUS, they gave me a parts quote with the replacement part numbers to make everything easier when we got back. I was thrilled just to hear that I was able to drive the car home. They were fast, friendly, & HONEST. And when they handed me the paperwork & my keys, I asked them what I owed- "Nothing. Just drive safe" was their answer. THANK YOU ASHLEY! YOU PARSONS OF EAGLE RIVER! The whole thing took you less than 20 minutes, but I will remember this for a lifetime.
