I came in for a recall and was treated with disrespect the moment I walked in. Upon pick up, I was also treated with disrespect complete with eye rolls from the service advisor and cashier. I was not notified of what was completed on my vehicle nor what needed to be completed. It was near closing time, though, so they didn't get a chance to look at it until the next day, but when they did they made a quick diagnosis, called me to make sure I was okay with everything happening, and got the needed parts ordered while keeping cost low with good used parts. When the parts came in, they got them in the car quickly and I got my car a week after taking it to them (the week was for the parts to come in). This was a Thursday, as of Tuesday it hadn't been looked at. When I asked him he said he'll have his other customers wait so he can fix it, snide comments are not cool.
