Hooked it up, no tools with him, no air to check tires, squatted the truck of course. Driver hauled it fine and put it exactly where I wanted it the first time. The installation was so terrible it ended up destroying to new canvas after 6 uses. I called and sent pics of what happend and they made every excuse in the book on how it wasn't their fault.
