They always have excuses as to why they keep my car for long periods and can't fix items. You can't make appointments on the online appointment system unless it's for something simple like an oil change so they have had to call me to tell me they can't fix my car when I made the appointment. They have messed up my appointment day and time even when scheduling over the phone. They forget to call you back sometimes and have poor communication overall. I went in to look at a car for sale very recently and they knew I was coming in because I told them I didn't want them to fix my car they looked at due to high price and was coming in to pay my final bill anyway. They're the ones who suggested I not fix it. The one and only car they had (literally) was listed on the website and the owner had taken it to Wisconsin Dells for his own personal use. The sales lady even openly complained how the car was gone and taken by Mark to Wisconsin Dells when she came outside with the keys and couldn't find the car. I came back the next day and it had almost 1k miles additional on it from what the website said. I told the sales lady how unprofessional the whole situation was, and she made an attempt to smooth it over. We did not buy the 1 car they had for sale due to rust, the car driving a little rough and based on the fact they had been leaving such a bad taste in our mouths for a time. I would not recommend this dealership for repairs or for buying a car.
