Colby Chrysler Center and their team are Saints!…read more I stopped at Cobly Chrysler Center last week on my 250-mile journey back home to Minnesota with an electric vehicle i purchased that day. I called in earlier that day looking to see if they had an electric vehicle charger that would be compatible with my car. A man named Tim went above and beyond to be able to help me not only find the charger that was compatible with my car, but he also went out of his way to try to get me an adapter on his own time to get me safely home. Well, I was stranded over 60 miles away until the battery charged, Tim took his time to coordinate the charger getting to the dealership by the time I arrived at closing. To say I was impressed with customer service and how much he cared is an understatement! After barely making it to the dealership with all the heating in the car turned off to extend the range to make it, I arrived chill to the bone. The whole team was waiting for me and expressed extreme concern and care as they saw I was getting hypothermia with the cold and freezing. They welcomed me in, gave me an extra jacket and hot chocolate to warm up, well they went out and started charging my car. Their hospitality didn't stop there, they offered to stay or drive me into town to wait for my car to charge. At this point, Carter Grewe, offered to help tow my car, after hours and on his own time, to where I needed to go.... I was stunned. The level of kindness and generosity of their team is second to NONE! Carter loaded the car up into the flatbed truck, and we headed towards the nearest town. On the way over, he said, "You know what, we might as well get you all the way home so you're safe and warm and out of the snow." Carter ended up driving over three hours all the way from Colby, WI to southern Minnesota to drop me off at my home. The roads were really bad, but he was able to get us there safely and without any trouble with the numerous of accidents on the freeway. To say Carter and the team over at Colby Chrysler center are genuine and honest people, cannot begin to describe them. They are without a doubt the kindest and most caring people that I have met in the car industry, and they want to make sure regardless of if you buy a car there, that you are well taken care of and safe. I can genuinely say that I don't know if I would have made it back to Minnesota without the help of Carter and his team. Next time they're in Minnesota, they all have a round on me!

Called them up took it back and they fixed everything that they didn't realize was wrong Water pump was shredded but not leaking from the other side, thermostat and etc. Because the jeep hadn't been driven far enough to access the problems prior to me buying it. They fixed it at their expense. They felt bad but, it was an honest mistake and well if you have a problem just call them up and they will try to fix it. They didn't beat around the bush. They even gave me a loaner while they were working on my jeep. I have gotten several vehicles from these guys and they have NEVER done me WRONG! I would recommend them to purchase from especially for your teenagers.They are always willing to trade if you have one which I never have really had any. I have purchased approx 4 vehicles from them within 10 years. My parents have also had excellent luck with vehicles from them. They treat you with respect if your a woman too not like some dealers.

I liked that they were a smaller dealership and did not feel the pressure I have from larger dealerships. I would recommend them if you are looking for a low pressure deal. Also the interest rate was significantly lower than anticipated which helped the deal even more. I also understand with Internet pricing what you see is pretty much what you're going to pay.
