EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY!…read more After an excellent, honest, fair and high quality auto repair experience with MPAB last year, they earned my full trust and loyalty for future business. Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment. They made the process working with Geico extremely simple, when it could've easily been a super complicated. They were very friendly, and were helpful answering questions before I even arrived. They also happened to be partnered with budget rental car, which Geico is affiliated with. When I dropped off my car, there was already someone waiting for me to drive me to budget. It didn't take more than five days for our car to be repaired, and I was able to leave the rental car at Ray Mees for their staff to return. They also vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the car, so it was spotless. It looked like they washed and waxed the outside of our car. I was really happy with this extra service. I won't hesitate to return to Ray Mees, especially with all the perks of their partnerships with Geico and budget.
