This pre order resulted in order number but they cancelled it few days after it was confirmed. After i contacted them, their automatic customer service stated via email that i had a mismatched address and needed to fixed it and re-ordered again. I did exactly that. This time i got a different order number and the status of the order listed as "Processing". But what do you know. After this the status never changed even after i waited for 2 months and after the blu ray has been released in the US. After i contacted them again via email, the automatic email replied the same thing (That i had a mismatched address). But i have already fixed it. (Later on i found out these addresses worked with gruv, ebay, walmart, and zavvi when i preorder other steelbooks) . So i wonder what the hell are they smoking? Besides, the status of this pre order was listed as processing for the last 2 months as It did not show any issues. If there is still issue on the 2nd pre order then why didn't they notify me again ? Now after i found out that they did not even processed it even though the status said "processing", i then tried to order the steelbook somewhere else but it has run out everywhere. I should never pre order from these jerks. Very disappointed. They should not advertise this steelbook online from the first place. Dishonest, unprofessional, and classless. Beware. You have been warned.

95% we get what we ordered. We've been ordering since 2012…read more Most of the time it's been great. We have had a few mishaps where we have gotten the wrong DVD's. But this last time really took the cake. We ordered Columbo 11 movie collection. We never had to clean the brand new DVD's before. It had a gob of grease on the first DVD. The others had grease smeared by the small Ring area.

But the store is very tidy and well organized, and the staff works hard to keep it looking great for everybody . I also stopped at the café inside and got a chai !

So imagine my sense of shock, awe, and wonder when I followed the tip to go deep into Bustleton not for excellent food but in search of Russian Literature, not in some pale shadow English translation but in the beautiful Russki yizik. The store is also filled with a lot of tchachkes, mostly tasteful, some of them quite lovely. I visited on Sunday and now, on Tuesday afternoon, I am still quite happy. (I would give this place 11 stars if possible.)

We're having our basement refinished and I decided to offload my DVD collection. I was just going to drop it at a thrift store. However as I went through the titles I kept thinking about how much I've wasted creating a well rounded collection. I started thinking I wish there was a way to make some money back off this "investment". I called a few pawn shops to no avail. Then a friend suggested FYE. I didn't know if he was joking so I called them. The associate said come on in! So I took in over 100. Sold 64 and made $60. It was cool going through the stack with her and seeing what they would and wouldn't take. Seeing what they'd pay. They snatch up anything Marvel or Disney. If you have a copy of Mel's Apocolypto you can get $5. It's out of print. Anyway FYE pay your employees more. They are cool.

Real shame, workers there were lovely but it was getting old waiting in line with the same excuse…read moreover and over again. There would be a line going half way through the store and we'd spend an hour in it, why? Internet wasn't working. Last time I was in there the internet was just completely down and that was about two weeks ago during the start of their going out of business sale, reason they are shutting down? No internet to run the store. Completely ridiculous. All my anger goes to the people running this business, can even give a store the proper means to keep it running. Utterly ridiculous.
