They have a huge inventory, from vinyl, CD's, movies and books. Everything from old school to new school. They don't miss out on anything. Whatever you're searching for this is the place to find it. So far we've been their three times, and each time my son found what he was searching for. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'm sure we will continue to visit often.

I also couldn't find a lot of what I was looking for. With that being said overall I think their prices were fair and I loved that they had lots of cheap cds and even cassettes in addition to books and movies! From what it appeared it was a family run business which is awesome. A little more organization probably could have helped the event but overall it was super awesome to be a part of! My favorite part of the entire store was the shop dog. Honestly melted my heart. Also bonus points for having an exterior entrance in the mall!

Absolutely amazing to meet what I assume is the owner, who shared his incredible knowledge and quite interesting, if horrifying, details of William Burroughs biography. This is to me, the most crucial difference between a corporate chain, where the clerks might be nice and courteous, and a community based shop that knows its patronage, able to share insights with its customers, connecting people to stories and ultimately, creating new stories. What the gentlemen shared with me is sensational and haunting, it was about Burroughs shooting his wife at a party, trying to perform a trick by shooting the apple she placed on her head. He missed the apple. It haunted him and now, me, what a graphic image, what a horrendous and tragic way to part with life. And what a wonderful experience and a great book i purchased, in fact the selection here while small and eclectic, is quite impeccable. I purchased Zadie Smith's new book "the Fraud" and so glad i did, I really want that book in my library. Can't wait to come back to this shop.

Found this wonderful bookstore while walking through Easton. Can't believe this place doesn't have…read moreany reviews, it deserves 5 stars. Upon entering we were greeted by a nice gentlemen who let us explore the store at our own pace. We were pleasantly surprised by the vast variety of books that were culturally sensitive, with strong Black protagonist. Being a multiracial family, this is very important to us. Take a look at the great selection they had, you won't regret it. They also have story time during the week and weekends. Oh, it's also right next to the Crayola Factory! There's street parking throughout and a few public lots in the surrounding area. Can't wait to come here next time we are in Easton. If this review was helpful, show me some love.

The shop expanded in early 2021 into previously vacant space and now has a new external entrance. Essentially, they moved all the comics and toys into the new space, and converted the old space into a gaming area. This expansion led to the closing of JAF's second location at the Palmer Park Mall, which had quietly become a standout shop for its new pull selection and $1 book bins. The shop has a good selection of new comic books and graphic novels. They have a fair selection of wall books and collectables. Longbox selection wildly varies. While they do have many, the cheaper boxes are located on the floor, making them hard to comfortably access. I wasn't here for the selection of gaming items, so I can't comment on that part of JAF. Staff have been a strong part of JAF, generally being friendly and helpful. JAF for me is challenging to rate, as the "main" store has always been a little average compared to other local shops. It's worth a stop to browse if in the area but going out of the way to come here would be a question. Overall, JAF is a 3.5, but rounding it up to a 4.

It's nice to know there's still a brick and mortar selling books. But this Barnes and Noble is more…read morethan books. They have a nice cafe, great children's section, and a movie and music section. What I like most about this place are the gifts and oddities that are scattered throughout the store. Various themes and characters...something for everyone. The staff is always willing to be of assistance for anything you need. Everything could be at a better price than a big box store or that online behemoth but I like to try and keep this place alive.

They're really good magazines and they have a good variety of products. Customer service was outstanding this visit. The gentleman helped me find two books I was looking for, and the cashier was outstanding. Overall I would say my experience at Barnes and Nobles is always superb , I'm there enough that I'm a member and I really enjoyed going there and actually holding my book without having to order it online.
