I got a quote from this person. I have text records of the quote with the promised service. The repugnant tech named Josh treated me terribly. He promised $120 for ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT FROM THE MANUFACTURER, (OEM) and gave me an aftermarket screen and camera from China. How do I know this? I took it to two techs at other places to confirm it was indeed NOT OEM. I actually suspected it was an aftermarket right when he returned it, because of my prior research. When I first gave him my phone, I plead guilty to judging him because he had a hole in his shirt and he also reeked of BO, and so I proceeded with a bit of research. Long story short, he gave me a signed promise of refund before spitting at me. Happened a couple months ago and to this day, I have not received a refund. Anyone particularly curious whether this review is real or not, I have complete evidence of it, as well a paper claim from my lawyer. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

Went in to get my iphone screen fixed. For a 7 they charged me $75. Ehhh it was alright. Came to write a review because the lady was arguing on the phone and then hung up. Fiding the entrance was a little bit confusing. It's the one in the back. I left my phone and they didn't ask me any question they just took it and gave me a price. I tried to leave a phone number but they said that they didn't need one. It was a little sus but maybe that's just how it is? They told me to come back in two hours. I came back in like 3 hours. They gave me a disabled phone, the screen was fixed but now I couldn't get any of my things. Kinda lame. I tried to call and ask for their help but they told me they were gonna charge me and that it was my fault for not backing up my phone lol OK mom. I was just asking why they gave me a disabled phone. yeah I would skip the fake service the dude that fixed it did a fantastic job though! read more

I met Brian at the perfect moment. I had just dropped and cracked my phone as he was passing by. As i found out, he had a repair store. What i also noticed which is my biggest concern in dealing with any sort of repairs was his honesty. He showed me in detail what needed to be done and gave me comparisons in costs. He was very competitive, quick, and reliable. I have taken over 6 personal phones and sent several referrals his way and have had total satisfaction in every transaction. He is professional and honest. If I could recommend any company to make your repairs at, I would hands down choose no other. Thanks FXitRight! Natalia read more

This has to be the best place to get your phone fixed. Brian was real cool and friendly and got my iPhone 6 to get back into top shape. He hooked me up with new glass a new battery and a new front facing camera without having to charge me an arm and a leg. Prices are unbeatable. I would recommend this shop and Brian to whoever needs their electronic devices fixed. Job got done in a timely manner and left the shop feeling good with my new phone and knowing we still got cool people out here not only thinking of themselves but also the customer. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and fam. Thank you again ! BLESS! read more

My iphone 5S got wet and the screen had gone black. Brian picked up my phone, fixed it and returned it in less than three hours. The next morning I realized that everything on my phone was functioning, except I couldn't hear phone calls unless my phone was on speaker. Brian came back to my home to pick up my phone, made a special trip to get an additional part and returned my phone to me good as new. All this over a holiday weekend because he knew I needed my phone for a business trip. Brian is diligent, polite and stands behind his work. Great service and price! I'd definitely use him again. read more

I would definitely recommend Brian to fix your broken phone. I dropped my phone and for the first time broke it. I not only cracked the screen, but I also damaged the proximity sensor. Brian fixed my phone and also allowed me to borrow a phone in the meantime (I was super pregnant with twins and could have gone into labor any day). He is trustworthy and does quality work. The cost to repair my phone was great (other quotes were double what Brian charged). My phone is working perfectly. I am not planning on dropping my phone again, but if I do I will be calling Brian to fix it. read more

The speed with which my phone was seen, diagnosed and repaired was beyond compare! The price was better than local competitors' quotes. As if this weren't enough, Brian was clearly knowledgeable in the area of phone repair and made me feel confident in his ability to perform the repair needed. Unlike other places I've used before, I have no doubt the phone he worked on will function like new. Without hesitation, I will recommend Brian and FXitRight to anyone I know is in need of phone or tablet repair. This is one phone number to never lose! read more

Came to FXITRight to have my Iphone 5 screen replaced and fix the vibrate feature that Ubreakifix in ventura broke. Josh had my screen replaced in under 15 minutes and half the price of the other repair shops! He also told me that Ubreakifix forgot to put in 4 screws and reinstalled the vibrate feature upside down! Dont ever use Ubreakifix they are not Apple certified technicians. I will continue to be a loyal customer and refer my friends and family for all there electronic needs. read more

We went to FXitRight Which was close to our home in Port Hueneme. We were very pleased with the service for replacing our iPhone cracked screen. Brian, the owner completed the job in less than a half hour. He was skilled, knowledgeable and generous in sharing technical info. His rate was reasonable and he guaranteed it being the lowest I could find. He also fixes iPads and replaces batteries among other related services, so we will definitely come back. read more

I previously had Brian replace my iPhone 6 plus screen and was super impressed with his quick services. Today at around 6pm I had something go wrong with what I thought was my speaker so I contacted Brian and he got back to me right away and asked me to come to his new location. He has been working on my phone trying to figure it out and I couldnt be more pleased with his attentiveness on the situation. Thank you again Brian for the great services! read more

So far, I have had my iPhone repaired twice, and both times its was done quickly and promptly. Brian does clean quality work, but most of all he is a quality installer and stands behind his work and word. He has gone to great lengths to make sure the price is clear and you can tell he cares about how you spend your money. I will suggest Brian to everyone because of him being such a quality dude and second, the quality work done by him read more

Awesome! I had a fractured iPhone screen and was looking for a good repair facility near my home. Happened to find FXitRight in Chatsworth and made an appointment to bring it in. The phone was literally like new again and out the door in about 10 minutes - and I got a screen protector thrown in! Now the cost - about 40% less than the local office supply store. This will be my first call for any phone repairs from now on. read more

Brian has extremely great customer service, which is so lacking these days. Good customer service is what is so important to him. He is knowledgeable, helpful and takes his time to really look into how to fix your phone. He is very patient and a very kind person. You will not regret taking your phone to him. He is fair and his prices are reasonable. We will definitely go back to him with future repairs. read more

Awesome service! Got right to replacing my phone's screen and LCD shortly after walking in. When minor blinking started appearing at the bottom of the screen after the repair, there was no delay to get right back to work, opening up my phone again to fix that problem so that I would have the best results/experience. I was also given a 90 day warranty for the repair. Only a short wait! Thank you! read more

I have gone a few time and I absolutely LOVE it. The prices are really good. Super friendly. Bryan is incredibly fast. Today he put a tempered glass on my phone & it's perfect. I got the lifetime warranty for $30 so now if I break the tempered glass again I have nothing to worry about. He will have you in & out of there in no time. I recommend it to anyone who needs to fix there phone. read more

Dropped my iphone 5c and smashed the screen into oblivion....and Brian fixed it in 30 minutes, even cleaned my grubby old case! He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a great deal that included a glass screen protector. The building and office could use more signage and a few updates, but it was easy to find with Waze and close enough to The Collection to get some shopping in. read more

Excellent customer service!! Honest, quality, reliable and inexpensive repair work. Fixed the phone while I waited and explained every aspect of the damage and the necessary repairs needed.
