Jeff was courteous in our meeting and agreed that he would do the repairs and send me a work order via e-mail with a cost estimate. Regrettably, Jeff did not furnish me the cost estimate at all. I waited a week for the estimate and made several phone calls and left messages on his cell phone asking if he had made the estimate yet. After a week had passed when I heard nothing from Jeff he sent me an e-mail saying he decided he couldn't do the job until next year. This was in conflict with what he told me when we met at the property a week before. i had to come 82 miles on the day we met to discuss the work needed. Jeff did not act in a professional and organized manner in this negotiation. He was not business-like and pulled the rug out from under me and made no attempt to get me satisfied. I could not recommend him as a contractor because he apparently does no employ fair business practices. After talking with the gal who answered the phone and explaining the mess we were in, they had someone go out that morning to investigate the problem. They called me back late that morning, gave me an estimate ( a bit higher than I anticipated) and said they could be there the next day. Next day comes, and lo and behold they show up! They completed the job in a few hours including making sure all was up to code. County Inspector came out and no issues. All in all very happy with the job done and the efficiency of their service.

The crew arrived on time to start the project and kept us informed throughout the process, which took a month to complete. Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.

He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed. Arik responded promptly and gave clear date/times when he would arrive on site to work. We had shiplap Wainscot done, and a built-out wall for tile for the master bed accent wall. His work is exceptional! His team also help install the electrical for the pendant lights and install the beautiful large format tiles. Everything was done with pure professionalism.
