The whole process went smoother than I expected. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and didn't cut corners. They did a full shingle tear-off and replaced some old damaged wood underneath. Everything was cleaned up nicely after. No leftover nails or trash, which I've definitely had issues with in the past from other contractors. Also had them do some drywall patching and paint in a couple rooms inside. Super clean work, and the lines around the trim and ceiling were actually sharp--which is rare. Communication was solid the whole time, and I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening next. Price wasn't the cheapest quote I got but felt totally fair for the work they did. He provided an estimate and he got the bathroom done in the time promised. It is so amazing how my new bathroom looks compared to the way the old bathroom looked. The last time my bathroom had been remodeled, was back in 2009. The tile work done on the bathroom floor and on the shower walls has a luxury hotel vibe.
