Well Intelli-HOME Energy ended up being a savior. With the evaluation it was determined that my bedroom alone was receiving 1/4 of the air conditioner air flow. No wonder last summer I froze and my roommates we over heated. They came in and determined that the previous owners contractor had left the old ducts in the attic from the remodel and Intelli-HOME Energy removed both sets of ducts and put in new ducting work along with more insulation. The true test comes in this summer when the heat is on and how cool will the house stay and keep my energy cost down.

He sent one of his employees out to "fix" the problem. They put another coat of sealer on. Unfortunately, the double layer of sealant has caused a much bigger problem. There is now a white haze over most of the concrete and the sealant is flaking off in places. Jorge, if you read this, can you please give me a call or text me and let me know whether you used a water-based or solvent-based sealant on my patio concrete? I'll hire someone to come out and fix the issue, but I need to know the type of sealant used in order to know which products to use to get rid of the white haze/flaking.
