This was my first time eating here and I was a little skeptical but I was very pleased! I ordered the shrimp and brisket tacos both plain, but my brisket taco had everything on it. Eat here weekly and have never had to wait for our beer. Was told it'd be delivered to us, it never was. Got our food and nobody was at the counter. Ate our food and were ready to leave, went and asked for a refund. Manager was at the counter and told me it was my responsibility to find him in the kitchen in order to get my beers when there was a minor ringing up our food. It then took the manager over 10 minutes and the help of two other people in order to refund us, which he was unable to do so finally just gave me cash out of the drawer. read more

It was just OK to me. My friend and I went for lunch. He ordered chicken tacos but they were out of chicken so he went with the shredded pork. He said they were OK. I went with a grilled fish taco and a shredded brisket taco. Neither of them had much meat on them. I was half way through my fish taco before I could even tell it was the fish. Same with the brisket taco. All I could taste was lettuce and a little cheese. I was really disappointed. I might try it one more time but then again I might not. read more

They definitely have some kinks to work out. Not sure I want to risk trying it again though. We went at a time that the restaurant was only about 1/3 full so it seemed like a great choice. We've eaten at the Denton location and it was great. First we put our order in and were told to get the chips and queso from the counter. The girl in front of the counter was very nice and asked the guys behind the counter for my chips and queso. One guy repeatedly asked the other guys to get the order and the one of them eventually was able to put it together after a few minutes. Half of the basket were soggy undercooked, almost still tortilla like. We waited for the rest of our order at the table for 20 minutes. After seeing several tables sit down, and then immediately get back up to get their food I decided to go to the window and see if my order was lost. The same woman asked the guys behind the counter about my order repeatedly to no answer. 5 minutes later she told me they were starting to make my order. (apparently it was lost or overlooked). After more than 30 minutes in a very slow atmosphere we were able to finally try our food. It was....okay? Definitely not worth the long wait and having to track down your own food. read more

Our food came out in a timely manner, we also ordered drinks from the bar. Our tacos had cilantro on them and we ordered without, the manager, Ray, promptly fixed it and even offered us free dessert. We had loved eating at Fuzzy's in Austin & Lubbock, so we were excited to get our own. So sad to post... we won't ever return. Inappropriate, harsh almost harassment from management (creepy looking guy! Sorry no other words to describe him). My daughter, She is 21, had just sat down with a margarita she had purchased (& shown her ID to purchase the drink). He "manager"came to her table, took her drink, said you aren't old enough to drink...took her drink & walked off! She tried to ? Incident, but she is far from like her mother... so she didn't create a scene. She and her friends quickly ate & left... staff was cold & rude. REALLY... she is of age, drink taken and she was out $10... and then treated RUDELY! NEVER WILL I RETURN TO A FUZZY'S ANYWHERE! Brand new store. Opened on Monday. Went in for breakfast on Wednesday for breakfast. Typical fast casual place. Order at the front, then get drinks and find a seat. This place has no runners. They give you a pager, then you have to go get your food, at the far North end of the store. If you are on the patio, its about a 75 ft. walk, through two glass doors, to the food area. If you carrying a tray by your self, someone will have to open the patio doors for you. Not very convenient. Patio is roomy and has a nice atmosphere. Drink Station is another 80 ft from the patio and restrooms are about 90 ft. You will have to walk through entire restaurant to go to the bathroom and refill your drink. You also have to go to the bar to get every drink you want. You also have to bus your own tables. They will however, come by quickly and pick up your empty tray, but wont bring out your food or clear your table. Food was textbook average. Temperature was lukewarm to cold. Nothing stood out. Everything that you can get at about any place of this type. Prices are semi-reasonable. Cheaper than Torchys. Might be a fun place for a group to watch a saturday afternoon football game or meet after work. The place was mostly empty when I was there and was easy to get around. When it gets full, having everyone running around, getting food, drinks, going to the bathroom, it will get very congested. I would suggest food runners and another drink station on the patio. Went to try out fuzzys for lunch good shredded beef tacos,ordered the chicken and beef,they made two beef instead so i really don't know how there shredded chicken taste.Now the bad part,My friend tried to order fajita tacos,they said it would be 30 min wait cause the meat was frozen,then he ordered fish tacos,he was informed that they were out of fish,Now this at 3:00 p.m,so my friend goes well hell tell me what you do have on the menu today so I can eat and try something since my choices are not available.Not the best introduction to a new restaurant,So we ordered guacamole and the guy was like if you're going to order to sides you might wanna get a bowl of guacamole,we said sure.So the order is ready we go to pick it up at the window,guess what?You got it they were out of guacamole.So they offered us Queso.So service was a 1,I'm sure I'll give them another shot at it.Like i said we had good beef tacos and queso wasn't bad,but being. Some of the worst service I have ever had/seen. My sister and I love going to brunch on Sundays and she suggested Fuzzy's because we try to find new/ different spots every once in a while. We went at the prime Sunday hour so they were obviously very busy. We skipped the lines and sat at the bar where the two bartenders didn't even acknowledge us for a good three minutes. When one finally asked what we wanted, we told her mimosas. I should have known something was up when she started getting something out of the margarita machine. She ended up giving us "Fuzzy Mimosas" instead of a regular one. It's a frozen orange mango margarita with a mini bottle of champagne in it. She didn't even ask us which one we wanted and let me tell you, the fuzzy mimosa was not good. While we were trying to gulp it down (knowing that we were going to pay 8+ bucks for them) the bartenders were carrying on conversation mostly pertaining to their thoughts on other customers which were VERY rude and totally unprofessional. I work at a restaurant and I understand getting frustrated with customers esp. when you're busy, but these girls were not even trying to hide it and it made me question what they would say about us after we left. We were going to each lunch, but after all of that, we ended up leaving. I doubt I'll be back, unless I hear that the service gets better or that they actually ask you what you want instead of automatically assuming. read more

First I was charged $9.00 for a draft beer, tried to explain to the cashier that it was not right and she just said that our beers are expensive. Talked to a manager and I was charged for a pitcher, they made it right but it was the point of the matter. Then our food took thirty minutes. We were hoping to have a great experience, like we had received at the Lubbock store, that was not the case here.
