We love driving through Route 66, so we called in an order, and the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. His excellent customer service made a great first impression. And the best part? The food! Everything was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. It's always a pleasure to experience both wonderfull customer service and amazing food. We'll definitely be coming back when we are in town, Highly recommend read more

Hello Fuzzy. I took my sweet husband and daughter here for a family meal. i was pleasantly surprised with the Chicken Tenders and Potatoes (which paired beautifully with the queso), but i was disappointed at the "sopapilla" bites. i expected an actual sopapilla, but upon getting my food they 1.) had no cinnamon, only sugar and 2.) were extremely thin. the frosting that came with them was good, but i would've appreciated some honey. i recommend renaming them to "pita bread with sugar" so that there aren't any crushed spirits. Thank you for the dining experience. read more

Food was so-so and small portions. Service was so-so. I won't be going back. There were only a few tables with customers at 12:00 noon. read more

Hello fuzzy! Despite past experiences of finding hairs in my meal, today it was pretty good. I ordered the shrimp tacos with a side of beans and rice. HOWEVER, while i waited for my plate to be ready, i noticed that none of the bearded men had hair(or beard lol)nets on. this worried me, because this means that since my last meal, the hygiene conditions have not been improved. i will keep this Fuzzy's location in my prayers, and hope that someone will order some beardnets. other than pilfering through my tacos for a hair and eating with fear and anxiety, the food was good! read more

Maddy and Lulu were the best bartenders always made us feel like we were at home and always asks us if we were ok. Deserve a raise and free meal. Love them read more

Went in today and ordered a beef nachos and requested them to not have any pico or jalapenos on them to go, in addition to enchiladas. Left and arrived back home opened the nacho box and it had the pico and jalapenos on it which was not edible to my mother because of a medical condition. Called the store and was transferred to the manager. He apologized and explained that it was a new hire that didn't do the order correctly and brought the food himself to us within 20-30 minutes. Also handed a coupon over for a buy 2 free 1 deal. I have never had a restaurant go to that length before to correct it and we were about 10 miles out from their location. Thank you for the service, I think we will back again! read more

Food was amazing !! The attention by the staff was really nice and makes you to come back again.

Amazing service! The manager is great to work with! We were traveling as a group and she took amazing care of us. Food is awesome and our group loves Fuzzy's! read more

Awesome breakfast burritos! Food is good and there open early I think. Fun atmosphere!

I have never had food here that I haven't liked. I love their sauce. My favorite menu item is the chicken fajita salad. My only gripe is occasionally I get big ugly yellow chunks of lettuce and the last two times they've forgotten the feta cheese. But I have that at home and just added it myself. I normally do takeout. They only have completely messed up my order once and the manager went above and beyond to make it up to me when I had to go back. I love this place so much! read more

This is one of our favorite places for a late weekend lunch. The grilled shrimp quesadillas are my favorite! And it's always a treat when our favorite employee, Hilda, is at the counter. She is so sweet! read more

I like lots of things about this place. I wish I'd started coming here sooner after I got into town. First they're open late so it's a great place to go after a movie that lets out late. Second, they serve breakfast all day and have migas on the menu so if I want an afternoon breakfast I can come here. They're really good also. Third, they've got a $2 beer. Also, the nachos are great and the most recent thing I tried here was the grilled mahi tacos which were excellent. They're not chintzy with the cilantro either and I love cilantro so I appreciate that. The people that take your order have always been super nice. The prices are great. It's not a fancy place, it's just a comfortable place. read more

I'm surprised that there are low reviews for this place. I have visited a few times while in Amarillo and had the best experience. The waitresses were kind, the food was delicious and the wait times were never long. Even when I couldn't finish my food, they were ready to have it boxed up nicely for me to bring home. Please do come often! The butt burning salsa wasn't all that spicy, but I did get a kick out of its name! read more

Wednesday evening I went to Fuzzys Tacos for dinner. I was greated at the door by Miguel who opened the door for me. I have a spinal cord injury and have a hard time walking. This is my first time here and Miguel took his time to explain everything to me. Since I can not carry anything he brought a water and my food to me . I ordered a few more tacos and Miguel brought them as well. My experience at Fuzzys Tacos "Tonight" was Excellent. Thursday I went back for lunch. After ordering, the girl told me I pick up my food over there, I said I can't carry anything, She said it one more time, you pick up your foodvover there. I repeated one more time, I can't carry anything. She threw the receipt on the coucher and said FINE someone will bring them to you. Another employee brought me my food. I am still giving Fuzzys Tacos 5 stars since the food is good and all the other employees are very nice. read more

Best whitewashed burrito I've ever had. I got the steak burrito and pookie got the carnitas (mine was better) we also got chips and salsa which they almost forgot to give to use but it's ok. We saw a small fight almost breakout in the bar area but other than that the food was good! read more

Two weeks ago, my wife, some friends from work, and I were having drinks at fuzzy's tacos on 34th and coulter. My wife and a friend were drugged And passed out! When I got my wife out and too the hospital, she had a bac of .025 and she couldn't remember her own name... the ER doc said she had been drugged and we filed a police report.. they are actively investigating and looking at the cameras... this happened to a girl two days later... please be careful and avoid Fuzzy's Taco's P.S Fuzzy's Taco's has done nothing to help #Pleasekeepallwomensafe!!!! Fuzzy's earned my business for the rest of my life! We moved from San Diego were Mexican good is authentic, good, fast, and cheap. This place set a new bar for service and food! Their website is easy to read and easy to order from. No bs or glitches while going through it or ordering. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting. They offer a dog friendly patio area. The food was hot and ready within the time it said it would be. When we got home we realized they had forgot the extra guacamole for the tacos(a $1.29 add on). My husband called to let them know they forgot it. The manager not only apologized but hand delivered a full order of guacamole, chips, and dessert to our house. Along with a $10 off coupon for our next order. I have never had a business go so above and beyond. I am impressed read more

I wish I could say this was a positive review, but it's not at all. Walked into Fuzzy's on a Friday at lunch and was greeted by a strange smell. Couldn't put my finger on it and it was rather unpleasant. I didn't have time to go anywhere else, so against my better judgement I decided to stay. I ordered chips and queso and two tacos. For the tacos, I ordered the brisket and the California heat with tempura shrimp. The queso was boring and lacked depth of flavor. The tacos were abysmal. The presentation was similar to a baby's dirty diaper. Looked awful and tasted worse. The brisket was dry, flavorless and seemed as if it was old. The tempura shrimp was and insult to shrimp everywhere. Over-cooked and flavorless. I couldn't even finish the tacos. I will never eat at Fuzzy's again. read more

I'm not going to change my star rating of four stars, because the customer service was outstanding and they went above and beyond to make my order right. I do admit the beef fajita taco and the shredded beef taco were very good. But, the black beans were very gross, so salty I could hardly eat them, and the lime cilantro rice was so under cooked it was tough and very unpleasant and I could not eat it either. Next time I will just order tacos and not order any side items at all. Very disappointed in the side items. read more

omg. I cannot believe the awful food here. Found a rat in my salad. They also treat their patrons like DIRT. And are soooo slow. I cannot believe I ever spent money here. Worthless establishment. Never go. Like ever. read more

This looks like a place I need to check out again next time I'm in Amarillo. I understand they also have a Lubbock location. We got the brisket tacos and brisket nachos at the server's recommendation and they were really good. The brisket was a touch dry but we got in late at night so I can't say it will always be like that. But this was some really good food and the are a lot of options to choose from so I'll probably go a little crazy next time I come back. read more

Needed to feed 25 customers for breakfast. And forgot to order until 8PM last night-Yikes! Fuzzy's came through with a variety of Breakfast Tacos and packaged up great for my pickup. They use pizza - like boxes and put each kind in a separate box. I even had a couple of gluten-free customers and they made some with corn tortillas and bagged them up. Almost as important, everything was ready on time so I got my max exposure to my customers. Hot, fresh and delish at a great price. Everything I expect from Fuzzy's. This was my first time to try the Amarillo location but it definitely won't be my last! read more

It was ok for the price. Disappointed that you have to pay extra for chips and salsa. More the feel of a fast food restaurant. My first time there, and we met for book club. Don't imagine I will ever return unless it's with a group who chooses to dine there. read more

I'm from Oklahoma City and our Fuzzy's tastes a bit different there. I LOVE the OKC fuzzy's. So so so good! This one didn't seem to have the same kick to it. Maybe not as fresh or maybe just a bad day? Overall I was like ehhhhh, ours is better. Now as far as Fuzzy's Taco Shops all over, they are some delicious tacos and you should definitely try them when you can! The habanero sauce is my crack cocaine. It's amazing! read more

Never disappointed with Fuzzys's. We've had breakfast tacos here, quesadillas but the chips and salsa is delicious! Best time to go is in the morning, you can tell the salsa is super fresh. Pecan coffee is pretty good, but I definitely love the shrimp baja tacos best. read more

Idk how I feel about this place... that being said my wife's nachos looked amazing!!! My taco plate was crap two flour tortillas with hardly any filling soupy beans and my cilantro lime rice tasted like spinach and rice. It is sad that in the name of the business is where the business suffers. Tacos. I got tacos and a quesadilla. The quesadilla was delicious, full of meat, cheese and pico, sooo good. The tacos however were cold, bland, and disappointing. One of the tacos was fajita steak taco, it had no char to that meat at all. It was like the steak was boiled or cooked in a microwave. Then I got two different shrimp tacos, no flavor, bland, cold. I will say, don't get the tacos if you come, which is disappointing since it's a "taco" shop read more

Great grilled shrimp burrito. Atmosphere is more like a sports bar than a restaurant.

Got a big fat chicken fajita salad because I'm trying to not be a fatty boy and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the salad. The avocado ranch really pops and makes you wanna done. Well done fuzzy's. read more

Food and bar service was great! However the manager was a dick. He spoke very rudely (and loudly) to me when I tried to order food when I already had a tab open at the bar. Bar tender told me I could order food with a tab already open. Manager was mad because I didn't say that I had a tab open before I ordered. As a first time customer I did not know that I needed to specify this before ordering my quesadillas. Very tacky management in my opinion. read more

Monday lunch at Fuzzy's. Slow, slow, slow. 3 or 4 tables on patio, and 3 inside. Cashier was okay. I asked about bowls, rather than tacos or burritos and he seemed confused. To his credit, he pointed me to the lunch special. 2 tacos, with side and drink. I ordered shrimp taco and a mahi mahi taco with rice and drink. $11.50. Tacos were very, very skimpy on feta cheese, and fish/shrimp. Not even close to being worth the price. Shrimp tasted good; but mahi smelled old. Rice was cold and dry. Needed a nuke and some salsa. Overall; I will never come back. Nice building and location; however everything inside is mediocre. read more

Just not great- chain restaurant quality and rather mundane and pedestrian - wouldn't return

The staff was a little slow on our ordering and they didn't have any lids for our cups. Was a little upset that you have to pay for chips and salsa. Food was taking a long time for only three people. When food came, I started eating my cilantro lime rice and found three hairs in the rice read more
