I had a 2018 kia forte my very first car I got about 2 years ago, nothing was wrong with it I just wanted to get some thing new on top of the kia forte older models getting stolen and vandalized it made me nervous and had me looking for a new car. The sales guy was real good , easy to work with! But now 4 months later it's oil change a first maintenance service! So almost 2weeks in advance we set an appointment. Ha! That's a joke. We were there 10 mi early only to be put in line with those who drove up! It took near 30 minutes to waited on. Then our 2-3 hours to complete was closer to 5. Now they called saying it's ready but as we get here they make you wait another 20 minutes to get you car out. Plus big issues for me is I'm handicapped a there is no seating or accommodations for those who have this issues. I recommend the brand but they need to step up the service!! read more

I have been looking everywhere in Fresno and Clovis to purchase a car at an affordable price. After looking for a month I found a affordable small SUV. I went to take a look at it on the lot, spoke with a sales member and really thought about buying it. Then he said there was a mix up and someone fat fingered the price on both Autotrader and their own website. I even spoke with the manger and they were not willing to be flexible whatsoever. Very disappointing will not be going back. Sales representative was very kind about the problem however the maneuver wasn't in the slightest. I have a 2016 Kia optima who felt under a factory recall, twice I've needed service for major repairs including motor , was never able to get any resolution from kia selma unless it was attitude and lack of interest. Totally opposite to Kia clovis , customer service is excellent. They are so friendly and accommodating, no hesitation to take my car in and provide me with a rental , I felt so relieved and stressed free because of the magnificent way I was treated . I am horrified. I had an scheduled appointment to get my car worked on tomorrow at this location. A family member called Future Kia a few minutes ago (12/18/2020) and tried to make an appointment and was told that Kia on Shaw is not currently scheduling new appointments. This is because they are running with a skeleton crew because their office has been "RAVAGED BY COVID." So, Kia was going to allow me to take my car in tomorrow without even alerting customers of a significant covid outbreak. So completely irresponsible. Purchased 2016 Kia Sorrento in the year of 2018, Extended Warranty was canceled three years early which was financed and paid for but Extended Warranty was canceled. Anyways spoke with service managers spoke with finance managers and nothing was done. Proceeded to report to Better Business Bureau which lowered their rating also Reported to state of California consumer affairs, insurance department investigation unit about this situation and now I have to add they will not honor oil for life or duration of contract 84 months and said it was entered for only 6 years. Spoke with finance manager that has been in position for six months. He agreed the Extended Warranty was supposed to be honored for 84 months and both service manager and finance manager agreed it would be honorable to honor the oil for life if that's what we were told that's what was supposed to be in the contract.we are not professionals at contracts we went off of what they said, and this is where we are at dealing with the garbage morally challenged ownership of key of Clovis purchase at your own risk. Wife called to check the availability of when we were able to bring in our car for a past recall. The service member insisted there was no recall for our vehicle and was rude about it. Funny thing is she had just gotten off the phone with Kia customer service and they reported there was a specific recall on the issue we were having but now the local dealership says no. Recently refinanced my car loan. I no longer need the gap insurance for my previous loan. I went in twice to talk to someone in finance. The first guy told me to come back with the physical paperwork as soon as I got it. When I came back in the next day the other member of their finance team told me to email it. So I sent the email and have not heard back at all. Not even a confirmation of receipt after requesting one. Then when I call it just rings and rings then hangs up. No voicemail option. This is MY experience. EXCEPTIONAL. Purchasing a car from a distance can be daunting, at best. But that is what you have to do sometimes in this crazy car market frenzy we are in. I needed to take Amtrak 250 miles to get the KIA EV6 I was interested in. The negotiations and subsequent paperwork were clear and concise from Aaron, and dare I say "EASY"... Upon arrival at the train station I was whisked to Future KIA from my sales rep, Vincent, who was extremely patient with me as I "switched my mind" and went with a different car. He didn't skip a beat, as he needed to get my new choice ready to test drive and change all the paperwork. Vincent is a seasoned car salesman and knows how to make a customer comfortable with an otherwise stressful transaction. I think his PINK polo to bring attention to "Breast Cancer Awareness" could have had a logo on it saying "The customer is KING" and lived by it. Always had it serviced there . so we took into the dealership in dec for engine light they told us the gas cap needed replacing so we did it. Mind you there was open recall out for bearing in the motor at that time we were under 100k miles but did they even look at no! Didn't even mention to us there was a recall. Then they denied the car was even at the dealership in that time. So we here a noise in the engine take it in for service a 40 days ago and they tell us engine is garbage because recall was not done in time well we took it in 2 times when there was a recall and they didn't mention once to us and now that warranty is over they want us to pay 7900.00. The whole service team is disrespectful and rude stay far away. I called Kia corporate and they will split bill with us but future Kia has not sent over paper work in 3 weeks and now we have made two car payments because of future Kia Let me guess the business partner is going to respond with lame excuse that he does on all the negative reviews read more

I had my car towed there for evaluation for warranty. When it left my house it was in near perfect shape. It was there for quite a while while I fought with the warranty company and I had zero communication from Future until I got a lean sale notice. I called them up and arranged to have the vehicle towed back to my house while I kept fighting the warrant company. When my car arrived it had the driver window down (and from the way it appears it was down the entire time they had it) was covered in scratches, a cat had been living in it, the front bumper paint is super oxidized, the windshield is broken, it was obviously ran into from the front, and the interior was soaked and absolutely trashed. Future will not return my calls. It took me under 2 minutes to tape a plastic trash bag over the opened window (which should have just been shut to begin with). My low mile 2016 Kia is basically worthless now. I would absolutely NEVER recommend anyone take their car anywhere near Future Kia. Maybe they'll actually respond to me if I leave reviews spreading the word about how they treat their customers vehicles. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

I took my car in about a month ago for an oil change. I told them I needed my brakes checked. The nice service writer told me they do a 20 point inspection and that my brakes would be checked. Two weeks later my brakes are grinding. Obviously they DID NOT check my brakes. I took my car to a reputable repair shop and they told me I needed front pads and front rotors. I was furious with Kia. I was sort of hesitant on writing this review because I don't actually own a kia nor do I visit this dealership regularly. However, I went with my mom and experienced the awesome customer service. We went because my mom's tires were low. We had to get out and wait and I thought it was going to take forever because places usually try to convince you that you need other things done I was kind of upset but when I walked into their waiting room and saw donuts and coffee AND coloring books for my kids, I was relieved. Yes, thats all it takes to keep me happy. And Kia, you guys thought of everything. the coffee machine they have is amazing. It makes all kinds of drinks from hot chocolate to shots of espresso! We were there for maybe 15 minutes and we were ready to go! The guy came in and told my mom exactly what they did and why her tires were low. Turns out the nitrogen levels decrease when it's cold so they filled it up for her. He was really nice. And that was it! Thanks for taking good care of my mom, kia! read more

He asked if there were any specific details I was looking for & as my fiancé & I spoke about it, he says "no?" And walks away. Then my fiancé tells him that I was going to tell him & he says "oh". I mention my trade in & how that would work & he asks if my Mercedes is a crossover, I didn't know what that was & he didn't care to explain it. We asked what is that and he just has a blank face. We literally had to guess what that was. So we already hate the service & continue to ask about the trade in, and he literally walks away. I said "do you want me to stay here or what?" My husband has been taking his 2016 Sorento in since he got it for transmission issues. Long story short, it was replaced under warranty, but fast forward to this year and it's time to be replaced again - not under warranty. The quote is $3,000 and he just found out that they'll throw in the transmission cooler and lines flush for the low low price of $200 - normally $400 - since it's not included with the replacement. He only found this out after inquiring. They were going to perform the replacement without this step. In addition to the ongoing transmission issue, there's also an oil leak they're unable to find even though they clean up the oil that's covering the undercarriage and dripping on the ground slowly but steadily. Every time we take the vehicle in for diagnosis, repair, etc., it has to be left for several days, and we pay not only for diagnostics, but a rental car as well since it's never a one-day thing. We get the vehicle back in exactly the same condition as it was when taken in. The only bonus is that the undercarriage is clean. read more

I called Kia to inquire regarding a Craigslist posting and was intrigued. I was told by the salesman that I would be able to meet him and see the car that afternoon. Upon visiting Future Kia I learned that this salesman was "out" with a customer, completely understandable. Less understandable was that the advertised vehicle was unable to be looked at because it was "likely" in the back still being reviewed. Why advertise a car and then agree to show it if it isn't ready to be shown? Also, as a particularly nitpicking note (being a bit harsh, I know), leaving a customer to check something is one thing. Leaving them alone for 10 minutes is another. There are a lot of car-buying options and far more you can do beyond buying a car with $20,000, I'd rather not wait somewhere if I'm going to spend that much in one place. read more

Here I am still waiting 4hrs later I went to inquire about how long was left just to be informed my technician went to lunch! Not to mention seeing people who arrived after me leaving before me. Next to open heart surgery I think buying a car is the next stressful event in ones life. The haggle, the back and forth, the hours in the box. Just the thought of needing to buy a car makes me want to have my wisdom teeth pulled out again. However...I have never had a more painless, professional, simple, easy, hassle free car buying experience than what I experienced yesterday. This all started Saturday when I came to this dealership to drop of my end of lease. My salesperson was Ed Osuna. Super nice, laid back, no pressure tactics. We took the drive and decided that the Seltos was not enough car for us, but we had to think about it. They shook our hands and let us leave. After I got home and a few hours later I called Ed and told him I wanted to work out numbers on a Sportage. I went online filled out their application to get ahead of the wait time and to make sure we were qualified. By phone we discussed some numbers and ultimately came close to reaching an agreed price. Then his manager Jose called me. We spoke and it was just a simple conversation about what I was looking for and what he could do. Withing a few minutes it was settled. I live about an hour away so I asked if they could have everything ready and to please not do the "car" games and wait games I am used too. When I got to the dealership our car was outside, clean, fueled and ready to go. The paperwork was ready and Hector called us into finance. Super nice finance guy, efficient, friendly and no pressure as well. I am just beyond impressed with these 4 guys. Aaron & Jose (managers), my sales guy Ed Osuna and the finance guy Hector.
