Love this dealership, very friendly. Art worked with me from the beginning, and finalized my deal. He helped me get my dream car, and was very accommodating all the way.

I wanted to share my experience at Future Auto Sales in Glendale. From the moment I stepped to their premises I fell in love with my dark grey BMW grand coupe. I encountered Emin and he made my experience amazing and the process was very easy and fast. Emin has a way with customers making us feel at ease comfortable. This is what you call great customer service!! I am happy with my car and the price was just right for my budget. I highly recommend Future Auto Sales and ask for Emin to get the best experience in your auto shopping!!

Future Auto Sales - Glendale IT IS TAX SEASON BEWARE!!!! I was told that $500, (they kept my money) would go to the DMV as of today's date the DMV said that there was NEVER a registration filed naming me as the owner of the vehicle! I have this in writing from the DMV They never paid $509 to the California DMV for anything associated with me owing this vehicle and the vehicle was NEVER registered in my name. I had a very troubling experience with Future Auto Sales in Glendale that caused me to completely change my mind about the purchase. I understood and agreed that the Right to Cancel contract fee was $500, and I was prepared to pay that upfront as required. However, I was also required to pay an additional $250 upfront in cash as a "restocking fee." The manager specifically told me this payment was a requirement in order for me to exercise my right to purchase the cancellation agreement. This requirement was not clearly disclosed beforehand, and it raised serious concerns for me about how the cancellation process was being handled. Based on these concerns, I decided to return the vehicle. When I requested that the full $750 be returned, I was questioned about why I was returning the vehicle and was told by the manager that not wanting the vehicle was not a valid reason, despite my understanding that the cancellation agreement allows a buyer to cancel within the permitted period. My refund request was denied. I also previously left a review describing this experience, which was later removed after the dealership disputed my account. I stand by what happened and am sharing this so other consumers are aware. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership carefully review all cancellation terms, fees, and payment requirements in writing, and ask questions before making any payment--especially cash payment 8 SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA 9 FOR THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES 10 11 __________________ COURTHOUSE 12 13 NEOINA SMITH KNIGHT, ) Case No.: ______________ 14 ) 15 Plaintiff, ) COMPLAINT 16 ) 17 vs. ) (Unlimited Civil) 18 ) 19 FUTURE AUTO SALES, ) 20 a business entity, ) 21 ) 22 Defendant. ) 23 ___________________________________) FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS (Insert facts once confirmed) 1 1. Came by to sell my Gr Corolla and got a great price for it all thanks to Emin. These guys were extremely professional and friendly. And they were nice enough to let me check out a few of the cool cars they had on the lot while filing paper work.

Came here on time for the appointment and art helped me online and in store. Checked out this E300 and the experience was amazing with Mr art. Very straightforward, no rushing, no weird fees, everything was transparent and smooth. A dealer very worth trusting. Everyone here was very nice and friendly and the buying experience was extremely pleasant. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dealer that is fast, transparent, and friendly.

This was by far the best experience we've had buying an automobile. Our sales professional Emin was just that. He answered all of our questions, provided exceptional customer service, worked with us to get the best price and finance rate, all without the pressure you would normally get when shopping for a car. Jesse the finance manager followed suit. He thoroughly explaining every step of the contract process, answering any questions that we had. The best part, they got us in and out from test drive to keys in hand in less than 2 1/2 hours. Their lot is full of clean, quality cars and we got one of them. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience at FAS.

I purchased a 07 Cayman from Future Auto Sales and I was met with genuine professionalism, transparency and customer care. Communication was clear, vehicle is in pristine condition just as they described and it drives amazing! Emin took my phone call and took care of me and my family while we were there. He went above and beyond, The entire process was smooth and stress-free! I'm definitely coming back to check their new inventory, Thank you Future!

Future Auto Sales has a decent variety of vehicles but the customer service could use some work. I felt rushed during my visit, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Prices are reasonable, but I didn't leave feeling fully satisfied. Overall, it's an okay place to check out if you're in a pinch. read more

I had a unique Audi sportscar I needed to sell to make room in the garage for a new SUV that could hold an infant car seat. The folks at Future Auto Sales were very courteous and gave me a fair price. They were also able to sell my car to a happy new owner right away. Everyone won in the end. Thank you! read more

Had a positive experience selling my much-loved Mazda here last month. Arrived with a quote from KBB, and while the final price was a bit lower, they dealt honestly and came in at a higher offer than I got from any of the 5-10 other instant cash offer retailers I sought quotes from. Had a chance to peruse the lot while I waited for a ride home and they had a wide variety of good-quality stock on the lot. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a used car. read more

Wow buying a car is such a daunting task and Emin at Future Auto Sales made it easy. I recommend this dealership with 5 stars - Emin and the whole team were honest, worked within my budget, and secured a car that I love. They ensured that the process was easy from payment to delivery. Emin is professional, was knowledgeable, consistently available for my questions, and was 100% transparent with all aspects of the purchasing process and the car itself. I live in Northern California and wasn't able to see or drive the car before my purchase. When delivered the car was exactly what Emin had described and had shown me via zoom. He also sent me a video in the beginning that he shot for me as well. Without a doubt , I would return to purchase my next car through Emin at Future Auto Sales. Thank you thank you read more

I have never liked car dealerships because of hard-pressure tactics, questionable inventory and a rigged game that makes you feel cheated and disrespected. Future Auto Sales is a family-owned company located on car row in Glendale, sited among all the big-time operations. They want to be your happy place for a used car, whether it's a Tesla or a Civic. Great selection with informative sales people. Very competitive pricing. No pressure, transparency, and very friendly. I had my Hyundai Elantra inspected by my mechanic and after months of lies from private sellers and other dealers, he could find NO problems with the car they offered. Then they offered me an even better price. I could not find a better deal for the exact car that I've been looking for. Thank you, FAS! read more

Be aware of what you are paying for. They advertised one price but they will overcharge you. I saw their 2013 Porsche Boxster for $37.995 June 11, 2022 but when I came to see the car they increased the price in $2000. But since I had spoke to the sales man on the day before they would honor the price but in the end they added Accessories fee which is $995 plus tax. So make you ask the sales person to show you everything that you are paying for so you can avoid over paying their the advertising price. Ask for detailed invoice before you do business with them. Don't be to excited after test driving the car. Make sure you are paying for the right items. read more

One of the worst dealers I walked into. The guy walked up to me like I owed him money. With his attitude. I wanted to get a G wagon. The salesman is like we have one but we can't let you drive it until we pull your credit: I'm like are you serious. You're about to lose a potential sale. They didn't care. The team at Future Auto Sales is wonderful! Buying a vehicle is a huge undertaking, and Future Auto Sales helped me get into such a great car that I wanted to help them in return, so I decided to sign up for Yelp just to leave a review for them. Mine might be longer than most, but the message is the same: if Future has the kind of car you're looking for, get it from them. My husband and I needed a car after a wreck took our last one. We were looking for a sedan, but my mom convinced us to check out a used 2009 Nissan Cube at FAS. We'd been to one other small dealership, and the big Nissan dealership which, of course, had a lot of sedan option. The small place didn't have many nice cars within our low budget, and had just sold the one we'd been eyeing as we were on our way to test drive it. The big dealership almost had too many cars and salespeople: we waited 15 minutes after our test drive appointment to even speak with a salesperson, there was confusion in getting the car for the test which almost resulted in no drive at all, the sales rep couldn't get keys for more test drives out of their fancy key lockers, etc. We went home to regroup and see if we could use their website to pick a few more cars for tests. We hoped this time there wouldn't be any confusion, but waited well past the 30 minutes when our rep said he'd call back (it took so long we had already started the paperwork at Future by the time he called). In that time, my mom convinced us to check out the Cube. After giving the big place time to get back to me, I called John and he kindly arranged an immediate test drive. When we arrived, he was busy with other customers, but we were quickly helped by Carlos. He took us to look at the car, let my husband sit inside to see if he liked the fit, and when he did, moved several cars so that we could try it out. He was patient with my tedious questions and very open about what they do and don't do to their used cars. We decided that we liked the car well enough, and really wanted to buy from Future, rather than the big dealership. Jesse was really helpful with the financial and legal aspects, and worked so hard to let us take the car as soon as possible. Interacting with everyone there was like chatting with an old friend. You can tell they run an honest business and take pride in putting people into good cars. Every other customer we saw there looked happy and relaxed! They also offer mechanic services, and I'm grateful to know a reliable place to keep my new wheels rolling. If you want a pleasant car-buying experience, you will definitely get it at Future Auto Sales! I look forward to the day we can afford a second car and go back to pick up another one of their great vehicles! read more

READ THIS REVIEW! Terrible experience after buying a car. These guys are crooks. Here is the deal: 1) They flip cars without doing any kind of real diagnostic on it. They are the typical "Clean it up and then lie about how great of shape it's in and how they got it checked bumper to bumper, even though it has serious skeletons in the closet" kinda guys. Completely untrustworthy. 3) If and when it breaks down (it did, within the first week), they will promise and pick it up "for free" and "take care of it for you because they feel bad" but then try and charge you a lot of money for towing and unnecessary labor later, without checking in with you first even when you specifically ask them too. They didn't even know how to fix the problem and would have charged us anyway for incorrect fixes. We had to threaten to call the police to get the vehicle back because they wouldn't give us the keys. 2) THEY WOULDNT LET US REGISTER THE CAR FOR MONTHS. They wouldn't send in the paperwork for us, so we were essentially driving a car that belonged to someone else for months. We wondered if it was stolen...but it was most likely legal and administrative car issues that meant that they should NOT have even been selling the car yet in the first place. 4) The car had factory defects that this dealer chose to ignore and wouldn't acknowledge, and then wouldn't file the paperwork for when repeatedly asked. It was so bad that an independent dealer was able to do all the work for us for free because the car company was giving such serious recalls. Recalls because of issues with the car that were springing up left and right that no prudent person would ignore. We now have a car we are not confident about after spending too much money on it after all was said and done. I would never recommend anyone waste their money here. Go with someone trustworthy. read more

What a pleasant surprise it was doing business with these guys. After posting my car for sale on Autotrader/KBB I received an e-mail from David H. asking me to bring my car down so they could make me an offer. Of course i was very skeptical since one is continually bombarded with BS calls and offers when selling a car privately. I had other places promise to pay KBB Instant Cash Value or Trade-In value then come up with some BS excuse later. After persistent phone calls and e-mails from FAS I decided to stop by and see their lot. Wasn't sure if they e-mailed and called everybody or if they were really interested in MY vehicle? After seeing the high-quality vehicles on their lot and meeting David H. in person I scheduled a visit with my car at a later date. Since I didn't need the money I was not willing to sell my vehicle for less than KBB Instant Cash Offer price. After looking my vehicle over and asking a few questions they made me an offer which I declined. After a little more discussion between the owner(s)? they came up to my minimum price. Simple as that. Very pleasant and very low stress. They didn't try to talk me down or find flaws in my car or any other B.S.. David H. did the DMV paperwork, they cut me a check and drove me home. The process could not have been easier really. All done in about 1 hour. If you enjoy people not showing up when they say they will or internet scams from people in Nigeria etc. then go ahead and sell your car on your own. If you don't then give these guys the opportunity to buy your car at a fair price. read more

Ok so I was looking for a car for my wife. I was not sure weather we should be buying out right or lease. I called Future Auto Sales and they immediately educated me on the benefits of each and they actually made us ultimately decide on leasing. So now that we had some info on what we wanted we went to Marina Honda and asked about their leases and decided to test drive the accord and the crv. She loved the crv. I should make a note that the sales guy did not seem too clear on what came in LX model versus the EX model. So we sat down with the salesman to see what is the best lease payment we could get on the EX CRV. He gave us some figures and so we went home now decided on the CRV EX model. I then called Future and asked what would be the best payment on the CRV EX for leasing for 36 months. He then proceeded to run down for the difference between that one and the LX which is the model that honda advertised on their website for leasing. He came back with a much lower payment than Marina Honda. The next day they called me to come and pick up our new CRV EX. It was painless and I feel we got the best deal period. I highly recommend Future Auto. You owe it to yourself to see what a better deal you can get. I might be leasing a second car and guess where I am going....Thank you Future. read more

I've been to many car dealership but I could say that this is the first time I felt I wasn't being pressured in buying car. My wife and I are just wondering around checking a second hand car just for my everyday ride to work. But when I saw the Volkswagen Jetta and did the test drive we felt in love right away. My Salesman Vic is a very nice, attentive and patient guy. Although I knew I already like the Jetta I still did several test drive out of curiosity. After few days of driving my car I just realized that my baby's car seat doesn't really fit well, it's a little bit tight and I don't feel comfortable coz I have to push the driver seat forward as much as possible. Thats when I decided to go back to FUTURE AUTO SALES and tell them about my problem. Luckily the Owner was there and I approached him about the problem. Like all his staff, he is very accomodating too and very understanding. He let me exchange my Jetta to BMW which is actually my second preference. Now I am more happy and contented with my BMW. As a return, I recommended them to my co worker and cousin who are interested of buying a car. Vic, Jessie, Eric, Anthony, Al, Peter and Boss Owner... you guys are Great! Good team work and more power to Future Auto Sales!!! read more

I like to tell you about my experience with Future Auto Sales. I met Alex Vini at Future Auto Sales through my niece's boyfriend and let me tell you, Alex and Future Auto Sales will do anything to make you happy. Alex was the most friendly person I have met in years, very patient and was constantly calling people and finding information for me about the truck I wanted. Future Auto Sales found me a brand new Toyota Tacoma 2012 and had it delivered the same day and it was raining too! Future Auto Sales also has access to car insurance right there at their facility and got my insured as well! Look people, because they are a dealer, they can get you the best deal, the right car for the right price. They are honest and followed through, I had Alex calling me 1 week after I bought my truck to find out how I was doing and how was everything with me and my new truck. I really made new friends at Future Auto Sales, I not only recommend that you visit them, give Alex a call or call Future Auto Sales today and ask for Alex and you won't regret it, he will get the car you want for less and you will be so satisfied, you'll be tanking me, lol. I'm bying my next car at Future Auto Sales! read more

Let me start off by saying, David Hovhannisyan from Future Auto Sales is the best there is! From the first time I met him and he started to speak, my body's tension and stress of selling my car (Honda Civic) started to go away. I especially like dealing with David because of his professionalism, humbleness, sales knowledge and his tone of voice was very kind. David, has a professional charisma about him and he is very knowledgeable about car sales and the proper procedures. He walked me through the process and explained to me step by step what we needed to do to get my car (Honda Civic) sold to Future Auto Sales. He even went out of his way to help me with the paperwork I needed for DMV. The process was very easy and fast. In conclusion, if all Dealerships had a David Hovhannisyan, from Future Auto Sales all customers would leave with feeling respected and satisfied with their experience on car buying and selling! PS: I will most definitely be sending buyers and sellers his way! Thank you David Hovhannisyan, Future Auto Sales Glendale California Augustina (Honda Civic) January 2023 read more

I recently experienced the' High Standards' of how professional, efficient and friendly Future Auto Sales are to purchase from. I learned these standards were established and maintained over 20 years by owner, Artur Tovmasian. Artur's high standards permeate sales, finance and service. My purchase started smoothly with the David and Alex in sales. Financial Officer Jesse efficiently handled all the paperwork details and DMV. I was so pleased with the 'Value for Dollar" on the Jaguar XJ8 I purchased, that when leaving I spotted an extremely clean Honda CR-V and bought it too. It's ideal transportation for 11 week old Chow Chow puppy, Shakira. I recognized and experienced the same high standards at Future Auto Sales that I found at the top Jaguar dealerships. Full disclosure; I was employed at Jaguar Cars Inc, and Hornburg Jaguar for 25 years and worked with perhaps 100 dealerships in the West. This Artur aspires to represent an auto manufacture in the future. Artur and his Team exhibit what it takes to be a top line franchise. This too could be his Future... J ' read more

Future Auto is the BEST, I would not even bother to go anywhere else. Everyone there, Anoush, Jesse, and Arthur are super friendly and so wonderful, so hospitable providing value service in a family oriented atmosphere that makes you feel taken care of, immediately!!! Arthur, the owner, has made my first car buying experience so fantastic that I am now back to trade in the older car for a newer one!!! The customer care and focused attention I got, I have never got anywhere else. Arthur's expertise and knowledge in auto dealing is off the charts! He is customer-focused where YOU come first. He would sit down with you, ask all the right questions to help you figure out what car is best for you, for your lifestyle, and for your budget and he makes the impossible possible to find the best car out there for you, for the best value, and for the best deal. This was a great experience in car buying, especially for a woman - by herself. I saw the one owner older vehicle (Ford Escort) advertised online, called and spoke to Harry and Alex, and later Eric. They were all great, low key & funny, no high pressure, and willing to make a deal, so I saved money! Before I went to this dealership, I had had two less than stellar experiences at other lots, so this was quite a noticable difference. There were quite a few minor repairs to be done as it was an older car, and their mechanic did them all. The car was immaculate, inside and out , like it had never been driven! There was a single small dent, which I don't mind, mechanical stuff is always more important. I was certtainly not seeking cosmetic perfection! As I waited for my paperwork to be completed, I watched the salesmen with other customers and noticed their manner was the same with these potential buyers. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. It is small and has a nice intimacy about it, and the salesmen are the best! read more

read this please. i have had a very good experiance with future auto sales. i dont care what are negative people say about future auto sales . they helped me to get a car i wanted a year ago. the credit was bad but they found a bank that can loan me money to buy the car i allways wanted, and than a mounth ago they financed anouther car for my father with no problem. they are really nice, everybody is equal over at future auto sales. i dont understand why people write negative reviews over here, if you are not getting the car or the deal u want does not mean u have to write negative stuff about this femily owened dealership. oh and they have over 150 cars not 30..... i am really happy about my car and also my father. now i am thinking to buy the third one for my mather and i am defenetly going to future auto sales again. i can sit here and talk about future auto sales whole day but you got to go and try them out. thank you for reading my review and have a pleasent day... read more

While doing some traveling, I stopped into Trejos for a coffee and happened to strike up a conversation with a gentleman in line named Vince. We started talking about our shared love of food, and the conversation eventually turned to cars. I mentioned that I might be in the market for a vehicle. Based on how knowledgeable he was about being able to ship cars from LA to Florida, and how honest and easy he was to talk to, I gladly took his cell phone number. I was impressed by how straightforward and professional he was throughout the entire experience. There was never any pressure, just honest answers and a genuine willingness to help me find the right vehicle. Even though I wasn't planning on shopping for a car that day, I'm glad our paths crossed. If you're looking for a dealer who values integrity, treats people with respect, and makes the process comfortable, I would definitely recommend giving Vince at Future Auto Sales the opportunity to earn your business. read more

I found FAS when I was driving around in Glendale looking for a new car. My 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo SS was on it's last round and I needed a car badly, so I stopped into Future Auto Sales. Everyone was very helpful and great, and I never felt pressured into buying anything. I picked out a 2004 Volkswagen Passat and closed the deal. That was in August of 2011. It is now February 2012, and FAS has kept their word in helping me out with whatever I need with the car. When buying a used vehicle, you're never going to be getting anything "perfect". The most important thing you can get from a used purchase is a guarantee and word that they will be there for you when you need help. Whether it's an oil change, brakes, transmission, check engine light, etc., Future Auto Sales will be there for you and will make sure the job gets done at the most reasonable price. When you buy a car from FAS, you not only get a great vehicle, you get a great relationship. read more

Prior to contacting Future I did my home work for the car that I wanted. I was so unhappy with how I was treated by the other dealerships from San Diego to LA. I spoke with Jessie (Financing) He was very helpful and treated me like a family member purchasing a car. Jessie worked to get me financed with a reputable bank.( I didnt have bad credit , I had no credit which can be a challenge as well) I liked that Future didnt try to talk me into a car that I did not want but worked with me to get the car that I had chosen. I called Jessie on Teusday and by Wednesday I was approved and driving my car home. If you are looking for a good used car and a staff that is not just there to sell a car but treat you as family I recommend that you check with Jessie at Future. You wont be dissappointed at all! I love my BMW 330 IC convertible! Thanks Future and BIG THANKS TO JESSIE FOR HELPING MAKE IT POSSIBLE! Anderson L. Mission Viejo, CA read more

I bought a 2006 Buick Lucerne CX here at Future Auto Sales, Glendale. This is a small car dealer but the sales rep treated us well and Jessie, in finance, did everything in his power to give me a good deal. I was looking for a car that I could depend on, because a person totaled my classic car in which I had completely restored, had invested thousands of dollars to finish, and I didn't want to have to spend more on repairing another car again. I looked at many cars but this Lucerne looked, drove, felt, and sounded like new; like it just came off the new-car truck. So far everything is great and I will give updates. I was very impressed with how Jessie handled this deal. I didn't even have to ask him to put items we discussed in writing; he did it on his own. I found him to be honest and fair, and was not goaded into purchasing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great deal in a used or new car. read more

My wife and I recently bought a car from Future Auto Sales in Glendale and had an amazing experience, all thanks to Alex! From the moment we walked in, Alex greeted us with a warm smile and was super eager to help. He really knows his stuff about the cars and the whole buying process. Alex listened to what we needed, showed us options that fit perfectly, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was Alex's honesty and transparency. He explained each car's history, features, and pricing in a way that made us feel totally confident in our choice. Plus, he went the extra mile to get a small improvement done to the car prior to finalizing the sale. If you're looking for a vehicle, we highly recommend Future Auto Sales and definitely ask for Alex. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care make him a real asset. Thanks, Alex, for making our car-buying experience so wonderful! read more

Recently got a job which requires me to travel A LOT ! I needed a car with good miles per gallon. Jesse and Arthur saved me TIME. They got me into the car that I wanted without any surprise fees. The best part about shopping at Future Auto Sales is that they took the time to know what my wants and needs are. They showed me how I can save some money and get an older Prius and they showed me that I can get into a newer Prius. In other words they gave me OPTIONS. I was sold on the gray one that they had and they got me financed same day and saved me so much time and headache. I cannot thank you guys enough. If you are in the market go to their website and choose a car and call them or message them. Get in contact with them so you can also get the absolute best customer service possible. Thank you guys again. I will send all of my friends and family. I appreciate everyone who is a part of this team! read more

Had been car shopping for two months for a Corolla that is a few years old, and I found one at Future Auto Sales, and from start to finish, the process was so pleasant! First of all, the customer service was outstanding. From knowing about the vehicle (carfax, details, the make and model standards, etc), to giving me space and time to make a decision, and offering me arminian coffee and pastries during my time there, I had nothing but an outstanding experience! Secondly, the car was MORE than reasonably priced for a dealership, and the car was in awesome condition (inside and out) with a clean title. Lastly, after purchasing the car, i had a few minor glitches (an interior light not working, losing a hub cap, those types of things) and they were QUICK to have me bring the car in to address the issues. They wanted me to be a happier cusomer, and that I was and still am! read more

The Ugly: The car had obvious damage. The roof panel was hammered out, repainted poorly and is covered in dark smudges with severe orange peeling. There is also a shoddy repair with foam body filler. Some amateur must have tried to fix it, instead of filing with their insurance. I expected a few dings and dents (it had those too, of course), but I wasn't expecting Finesse-a-car to hide the condition of the car. Shame on me for trusting them, I guess.
